Called for 3 months with them saying they'd help me. I finally get in to be told they won't help me because I'm looking part time. I would have appreciated the honestly months back.

Veterans stay far away! These people do not have any special contacts or pull anywhere. Just another hiring agency that operates under the guise of trying to meet your needs however, in all reality, their primary incentive is to just get you in their system and get you assigned to a worksite so they can keep receiving the government funding that they get not to mention the unreasonable hourly kickbacks from the employer you are placed at. At the end of the day they do not care about what you are actually looking for or what would be satisfactory, sustainable employment. If you have any advanced level skills or even basic skills you are better off on your own. Use your phone, get a library card, or whatever else you have to do in order to handle your business with out allowing agencies like this to profit off the backs of desperate and struggling individuals.

Really impressive variety of community services and resources from utility assistance for seniors to job training. It's kind of a warehouse for several agencies to work out of when the staff rotate to different counties. A must stop for anyone who is down on their luck.

Reba is very unprofessional, she manipulate situations over the phone, she never answers the mobile phone provided by Mantrocon only how you can get in contact with her is by calling into the office. She’s very rude and I don’t recommend her to help with any assistance for the work program! I have emails that she has never replied too and she’s making it seem as if she’s been the one trying to get in contact to do a follow up.
