Nice five star experience. Perfect location in Mountain Village for skiing. Very close to ski school if you’re just learning to ski. Ski valet is super convenient. Our room was very nicely designed with some special touches that made it feel well thought out such as electrolyte packages, caffeine protein bars, well appointed mini bar, and an awesome sounding Marshall speaker. The lobby and lounge area was nicely designed, too. The Madeline felt smaller and more private than some of the other options we considered. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would strongly consider this hotel for return trips to Telluride.

Absolutely one of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere! Accommodations were amazing! Bed, pillows, bath, amenities were all above expectations! Staff was amazing, timely, kind, felt genuinely interested in our stay. The Food was by far the most incredible dining I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I travel regularly for work and the Madeline is far and above anywhere I have stayed. Thank You and I can’t wait to return!

Every Auberge property I've visited has been fantastic, but The Madeline was particularly excellent and the Mountain Village location is a must.
The room, service, and general vibe was nothing short of outstanding.
We had a two room residence. The space was great; the view even better.
No resort is perfect. There were a few miscommunications regarding an in-room massage and pool side service, but no issues that would prevent us from staying there again.
I highly recommend booking Madeline Hotel. A+

The extras were so extra! Hot cider bar, trail mix after skiing, ski valet with ChapStick and hand warmers. The staff were exceptional, and the rooms were stunning. The view of the ice rink from our room made for extra fun!||Perfectly fluffed pillows in the lobby with overstuffed chairs and beautiful artwork were appreciated by all!

I hesitate to write this review as I almost want to keep this wonderful place as a secret! This was our second stay at the Madeline and I really can't say a bad thing. Staff is fantastic from the first bellman who swoops in to grab all of your millions of bags (it is a ski vacation after all!) to the personnel at the front desk as you are crying on your way home. The Ski valet is fantastic and couldn't make it easier to access the mountain, the vibe of the hotel is serene with decor that nods to local history, and you are right in mountain village with access to the gondola to Telluride. Spa has excellent massages (although no real relaxation area/sauna/hot tub attached) and the restaurant is good (esp for a hotel!) A big thank you to all the staff and management at the Madeline for working so hard to make it a beautiful stay for us!

Nice hotel overall, rooms nice and well decorated, bed comfortable but bring your own pillows. Location is great. Great staff. Food good but overpriced and that's at the normal restaurant. Rooms good but too hot at night. Ski valet very nice.

Had a great experience here! The location is incredible, just a couple minute walk to the lifts. The service was some of the best I’ve ever heard, extremely welcoming and accommodating staff. We had an allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate, very much appreciated. The food was delicious and the hotel itself was very nice and clean including the spa. Would love to come back in the future and would recommend to anyone!

The hotel is impeccably decorated and curated. The bathrooms are amazing, with every amenity. The place was very clean. The wait staff were helpful and friendly. The gym was clean and had everything I could possibly want. The hot tubs and pool were perfectly tempered. I didn’t want to leave! I look forward to coveting again!
