I love my classes with Luzmaria. She truly considers your “why” for taking lessons to create a program that’s right for you. My goal is to speak more fluently during a future trip to Mexico, no she’s created a curriculum that pushes me towards correct pronunciation & how phrases might be used in a natural conversation. I love her system of pairing a textbook, worksheets, verbal conversations & digital learning. It’s really fun and effective!!! I would highly recommend her… she really is excellent!!!

I 100% recommend Maria Ruiz Rosique, who works with Luzmaria, for Spanish lessons! My husband and I were true beginners when we started taking lessons with her almost a year ago. She provides such a personal touch which is so evident in the lessons she plans for us. Committing to relearning Spanish during the pandemic was a goal of mine, but I didn't want to learn from an app or an online course, so I decided to take one-on-one lessons with Luzmaria. She was a joy to work with and during the pandemic, was often the only person I connected with (via Zoom) on a weekly basis. She let me learn topics that I was interested in (including Selena!) which made learning Spanish much more enjoyable than working through a boring textbook.
