We moved to the area from out of state and starting a new daycare can cause a sense of anxiety, but we found the Louisville Kindercare to exceed all of our expectations. The staff are great and you can tell that they really do care and love the kids! From the time I drop my daughter off in the morning to the time I come and pick her up in the afternoon, she has a smile on her face. The staff always communicates very well with updates and photos throughout the day, and are flexible and accommodating if there are any special requests we have. This location gets a 10/10 from us!

My daughter has been at KinderCare for almost a year now. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The teachers and administrative staff are great. They are reliable and passionate and really love the children. My daughter is so happy to go everyday. She is greeted with so much warmth and kindness. She has learned so much in the last year. She is counting, learning her ABC's and knows shapes, animals and colors. The experience at this day care has been so positive for my daughter. If you are looking for a great daycare, that will take exceptional care of your child, this is the a great place.

We are so happy with Louisville KinderCare! We had a rough go of it for a while. There was a huge revolving door of teachers and administration. However, Crystal and Geri have done wonders for the center. We LOVED Ms. Jennifer when our daughter was in infants. We are BEYOND thrilled with Ms. Angela and Ms. Simone and we CANNOT wait for our daughter have Ms. Ashley. If you had a bad experience with Louisville KinderCare, I would recommend giving it another shot.

My 2 little ones have been going to KinderCare for a few months and they absolutely love it. Miss Jenn adores my now 7 month old and keeps me thoroughly updated throughout the day on his feedings and which purées he’s trying, diaper changes, along with photos of him playing and doing all the new things he’s learning! I am so so grateful to her and the love and care she shows my little guy. My 3 year old loves it here as well, she loves going to school! She has learned so much in just a few short months. The staff here does an amazing job and they love my kids like their own! We especially adore Miss Gerri and Miss Crystal, who are the administrators but they are both involved daily with the children and spend time in each classroom. Being a single mother, it’s hard trusting others with my children, they’re my heart outside my body, but the staff here is incredibly supportive and I am grateful to staff for caring for them every day the way they do! They’re the real superhero’s! 🤍

After being a stay-at-home mom for 1.5 years, I was nervous about how my son would adjust to daycare. Within the first few days at Louisville Kindercare his teachers Ashley, Brittany, and Symone were taking such great care of him that I could see how happy he was spending time with them and making friends with the other kids in his classroom. He's learning new sentences as well as his colors and numbers. I love getting pictures of him smiling as he does art, plays outside, and dances to music throughout the day.

The new directors, Crystal and Gerri, are so kind and make sure I'm informed of his care. They are extremely supportive of the teachers and have a sense of family and friendship throughout the center, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere whenever I'm there. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for teachers who truly care about each kid in their classroom and directors who are passionate about childcare, that communicate well with parents, and ensure a supportive and caring environment for both kids and teachers.

Our son has been in the infant room with Ms. Jenn & Ms. Shyanne for about 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience!! As first time parents it was a scary thought having our 12 week old away from us while we both work full time. But both teachers have been sensational! Ms. Jenn is happy to answer any and all questions, she adores our son and he loves her just as much. The whole staff has been kind, thoughtful and professional we got so lucky!

Went in today for a tour. This was our very first tour of any daycare facility ever and I’m glad we came here since the bar was set so low. Walk in and was hastily greeted by the girl giving the tour. She didn’t bother printing the sheet that KinderCare requires for touring parents. Never once told us her name. Ever once told us what KinderCare was all about and how they hire their workers, how state inspections are done and what’s required. All she did was take us to the infant room and show us the area. The worker working the infant room had a much better personality and she wasn’t even giving the tour.

No one ever glanced at us to acknowledge our presence. Even one of the ladies in the office who was right in front of me didn’t break eye contact with her computer to look up and even smile. Even as I sat there staring at her. Just not service at all, not a care in the world.

What really got me is the girl giving the tour never even looked at me the whole time she just talked to my wife. As if I never existed or should ever have the “privilege” to know what this place was about.

Fast forward an hour later and we visit the KinderCare in Broomfield and was warmly greeted by the two ladies running the office. Our tour started out with learning the Kinder way and how the company started and how they hire their workers (strict process), the tour lasted 45 minutes while this one in Louisville lasted 8 minutes.

So to quote Mark Cuban on Shark Tank: “I’m out”

KinderCare in Louisville doesn’t care about you or your business. They barely care about the children you pay for them to watch (read other recent reviews).

Both my girls love going to KinderCare! The school keeps them busy with a daily curriculum that is both fun and educational. They love their great staff and fellow class mates. They keep the facility very clean and make yummy meals for them.
