My daughter attended this daycare from age 3 months to 5 years and I never felt uncomfortable leaving her in their care. The teachers are caring and are good at communicating what happens on a daily basis. The facility is clean and safe, which is also why I was fine leaving my daughter. When we had to move daycares to be closer to home, we were sad because it was very hard to find a replacement like Long Grove. The teachers and staff became like family and that you can’t find everywhere!!!

My kids don't go here but I live near by and I walk my dog infront of this place all the time. How many times do I see only 1 or 2 people bairly watching your kids. Not paying attention and on their phones. I see kids hitting eachother especially around 5pm. I'm writing this now witnessing only 1 woman outsidr standing by the door on her phone while kids are hitting eachother. I wouldn't bring my kids here and if you do I would take them out

We love it here at Long Grove KinderCare! Not only are my husband and I happy with our children going there, our DAUGHTERS are happy going there. They absolutely love their teachers (ALL OF THEM) and I love the updates I get throughout the day about what’s going on. I’ve never once felt left out of the loop as to what’s going on and if there’s any concerns or anything it’s very clearly communicated by either the assistant director or director. They have been so accommodating with me sometimes needing to make a change in my schedule. They take my one daughter to and from her elementary school which SO HELPFUL since it’s one less thing I have to try and rush to accomplish in our already busy mornings. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and face from the front door and the classrooms no matter WHAT time of day it is. I feel like the teachers are invested in my girls and love hearing about their day first hand. I would definitely recommend 100%. I’m due with another baby in December and have no issues with my baby coming there once my maternity leave is over.

We’ve been a part of the KinderCare family for eleven years now, and it truly feels like a second home for our children. From the time our eldest was just a baby to our youngest who is now five months old, KinderCare has consistently provided a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for our kids to grow and thrive.

As our youngest prepares to start their journey at KinderCare, we’re confident they will receive the same exceptional care and educational foundation that our older children have benefited from. It’s a testament to the consistency and quality of this daycare.

My daughter has been going here for about 3 years now. For the most part we’ve had a great experience thus far. The teachers are great and really transparent when it come to the end of the day report regarding your child. Like every place you have your ups and downs, especially with there being so much time invested, but I trust them and my kid loves those guys that works there. I definitely recommend this center.

10/10 don't recommend. A certain little girl in my daughter's class would basically harass my daughter every day. My daughter repeatedly had to tell this little girl to leave the bathroom when my daughter was trying to handle her business and she would have to tell this girl that things she was saying were not nice. The incident that finally made me pull my daughter from this school was when the little girl tried to kiss my daughter in her mouth using her tongue. I immediately addressed the problems with the staff prior to walking out of the door. The assistant director was extremely dismissive of the issue. She made it seem as if these things could never happen ever happen in their facility when that isn't the case at all. My daughter was very specific and graphic with details that couldn't be made up out of imagination. When I dropped my baby off at the care of this staff I would have never imagined that she would have to be exposed to things like this. It's very unfortunate that you have to watch these kids around other kids not just adults as these children may be exposed to all sorts of things. (which was stated by the assistant director that this specific child hangs out with older cousins a lot) Not sure what changes need to be made but they can start but not gaslighting a concerned parent.

Do not go to this facility if you value the safety of your child. The “staff” there would rather blame helpless children for their multiple injuries rather than a grown adult who is supposed to be caring for them. They will gaslight, lie, manipulate, and do whatever they can to save their own rather than provide adequate protection of your child. There is no accountability within this daycare. If you want to put your child in harms way then that is the only time I would ever recommend this establishment. It is not a matter of if your child will get hurt, it is WHEN they will get hurt. Do not let 4 stars persuade you, read the bad reviews for yourself. Your child is NOT safe here.

Wish I could put negative stars! This daycare is horrible!!! My grandson came home hurt everyday from here! He was only at this daycare for 2 months. I picked him up one day and I get there his nose is profusely bleeding. I ask what happened and the teacher said she didn't know cause she has too many kids to watch (15 kids). Which is illegal! He was always getting bit by other children and nothing was done. Not to mention they do not wipe down the toys regularly. Smells of urine when walking into the building. Horrible place should be shut down!!!
