Coming from the brother of a patient admitted here, take your loved ones anywhere else. The people running the program here do not care about anything but their next bathroom break. Nobody knows what is going on. Ask 3 people the same question and get 3 different answers. If you have the nerve question their thought process or their program they will remind you that they are indeed God. I hope that they get to experience the same level of disrespect and negligence the next time their family member needs help.

Worst place after all, I was singled out and discriminated from the staff. They were also racist, perfectionists , and also power hungry. The patients were great, but they weren’t treated like I was. I would not recommend this to anybody. Because of this program I felt like I had a high chance of relapsing. My anxiety was the worst, while I was present. Personally if u are thinking about going here I would highly recommend rethinking it and choose another place.

This facility is great. I attended the dual diagnosis outpatient program and had Paola as a counselor, she was great. Very easy to talk to and she actually cares about the well being of her patients. Overall 5/5 stars. Would recommend to anyone trying to maintain their sobriety and/or deal with a mental health issue.

I was a patient at this facility when i was 14, i stayed for 6-7 days. the staff are amazing, a lot of the things they did helped me heal as a person. as much as i always wanted to go home, i needed to be there more than anything. i went in there with dark circles, on an empty stomach and feeling like i had nothing to live for and i was filled with anger . when i first walked into this facility i was genuinely scared and terribly depressed . when i walked out that place i realized that i got more help than i thought. i’ve grown so much since ive left, they taught me how to help myself and be happy for myself. i deeply appreciate this facility and the nurses who helped me. i had a hard time talking in there with the other patients but as the days went on i felt like there was something we all had to relate too in this facility. Thank You BMC, you guys helped me a lot and i could never know how to thank all of you guys. i look forward to working here when im older so i can help the children that were once in my place.

I’ve been here twice and I actually hated it so much. The staff is a bunch of deadbeat underpaid rude people. Tatiana is the best one though, since she actually cared. But genuinely, this place sucked. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

It’s really a 0 star

Our daughter is here on a hold, I have called over 20 times for info or requesting a consultation with doctor. NO LUCK WHAT SO EVER, when we finally get a call they just tell us she is a great kid the Angel of the unit, she DOSENT BELONG HERE, for two days they have feed us these lies, and have told her the same info, YES TOLD THEIR PATIENT!!! today Social worked tells us she not going to be realeased and want her here another week, wait what “the Angel of the unit” and I’m quoting a nurse, I’m sorry to say but they just want $900 dollars for her at this point, my daughters health is number one why have we not receive info except lies DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE FIGHT TO GO SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE!!!!!!!! Bad Info NO COMMUNICATION
