Great facility! My first/only time there was back in May and was impressed with the overall layout.

Only $10 per carload per day buys you as much shooting time as you want - and on whichever of the various disciplines they have available there (rimfire rifles, pistol, shotgun, archery and even a long-range offering for sighting-in your scope for hunting). Covered stations for pistol shooting. (This is all I was shooting that day, so didn't examine the rest of the facility.)

Operates completely on the honor system for payment and clean up of your brass. No Range Safety Officer onsite either.

It's good to know that you can bring your own target holders if planning to shoot at those. (See included pic for guidance on holder specs that they have posted at the pistol range.)

I will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Sterling, CO!

Wish I had brought more rounds! Nice smooth gravel roads. Great covered benches, VERY clean and well maintained. Great rifle ranges 100-1000 yards clear line of sight with tons of steel set up. 10 dollar entry at the time I went. Can't beat it.

It is a very nice complex. I enjoyed the shooting range fully. I did police up about sixty or so shell casings left behind on the floor from someone else. I hope this doesn't continue and becomw an issue. Also, someone shot at beer bottles and left the broken glass behind. I did not pick that up, I didn't have gloves. Please pick up if someone has not, so we don't lose the privileges!
