I cannot speak highly enough about the Little Scholars program. Both of my daughters attend and cannot wait to go to school every day. The Herrera sisters and their staff are the most genuine, caring, and enthusiastic educators we've met. The social/emotional and intellectual development of our girls was evident from day one. They very clearly pride themselves on enriching the lives of their students and their families. We're grateful to have found them!

My daughter has attended Little Scholars Club for the past two years, and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The women who run this place are incredibly kind and helpful, and the teachers are equally fantastic. Little Scholars has played a significant role in helping my already outgoing daughter blossom even further. She has formed close bonds with her caretakers and peers, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment here. As the end of summer approaches, I know she is going to have a hard time leaving this place. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a loving and supportive environment for their child.

Absolutely fell in love with this program from the moment I did the tour! Our kid fit right in and was able to feel comfortable since the first day he attended. Which says a lot because he doesn’t trust a lot of people!!! As parents, if our child felt comfortable right away that was the perfect sign that he was going to do great. The teachers are absolutely amazing and you are always being communicated to throughout the day!! Our kid has learned so much in just a little under a year. They definitely dedicate themselves to these kids because you can see the proof through your own children as they progress throughout the year. Very happy with our choice and definitely recommend this welcoming learning experience for your kiddos❤️

I am so incredibly grateful for this daycare. I am a single mom of a brilliant almost 3yr old. I was on the waitlist for a year and it was sooooo worth it. This is not a place that babysits your child. It is one that constantly engages, challenges, and nurtures your child. That is high praise coming from me, since I am an educator myself. My child is thriving there, and I just do my best to reenforce what they teach her at school at home too. They also are wonderful with communication. The only people who watch my child are me and my parents. I trust few. But I feel such peace leaving my daughter there everyday. She walks to “escuela” with a smile on her face almost everyday. It’s a wonderful environment.

Little Scholars Club is a small gem on the Southwest Side of Chicago. In the beginning, we were hesitant to have our child go to daycare at 2 but this was the best choice we could have made for her. My daughter has only attended Little Scholars for 8 months and we have seen tremendous growth socially and academically. She's also gained a level of independence we can only attribute to the amazing team at Little Scholars. Every single person at Little Scholars has embraced my child and our family. Daily we are greeted with a smile and a warmness that is greatly appreciated. The kindness that meets us at the door daily allows us to work without worry because we know our child is loved.

The teachers are phenomenal! They have gone above and behind to ensure all students are learning. Continually making sure that they are being challenged daily.

If you are looking for somewhere special to send your kiddos, this is the place.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing our time at Little Scholars has been. In the 2.5 years my son attended he flourished. Ms. Claudia, Ms. Melissa, and Ms. Veronica have built an amazing team and community. We feel so fortunate to have been part of the Little Scholars family.

Absolutely so happy I chose this place for my daughter. She was 3 when she started back in August. My daughter was very much affected from being indoors for the Pandemic and we were nervous to send her to a daycare due to her lack of social skills. Within a month of daycare my daughter began expressing herself more, speaking more, able to explain what happened at daycare today. Little Scholars club really changes our lives and I am so grateful for the attentive, patient, loving, and caring staff. They go above and beyond my expectations and I love the app that is used to communicate with my throughout the day how my daughter is doing. If I could give them more stars I would!

Wow, wow, wow ... Every time I think about this very special place I feel emotional. Our daughter started going to Little Scholar's Club when she was 15 months old and it has been such a magical and special time not only for her, but for our entire family. She is now 22 months old and the growth and development that we have seen in her during this time has far exceeded our expectations. The commitment that this school has to it's students and the families is unlike anything I've ever seen or heard about. Little Scholar's is filled with a team of women who are strong, caring, compassionate, positive role models who are helping to shape and teach our children to be kind, independent, compassionate, thoughtful, loving individuals. What more could a parent ask for?!?

As parents, we want to know that when our children leave home for the day that they are safe and taken care of in a way similar to how we would care for them at home... Especially when they are not able to speak for themselves. When my daughter goes to Little Scholar's Club every day, I feel like we are sending her to her second home. Her little classroom of 10 kids along with her 3 teachers have become a family. In this nurturing environment, she is absolutely thriving because her social, mental, physical, and emotional well-being is cared for with the utmost respect and consideration. When I pick her up at the end of the day, she never wants to leave!

Another thing that is really wonderful about this school is the app that is used to communicate and build connections with parents and families. Every day, we get updates about meals, diaper changes, pictures, and videos about what our daughter is up to for the day.This part really helped reassure me especially in the beginning when we started taking her for the first time. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing that she was having fun while still learning in this new, unfamiliar environment! Messages and reminders are also able to be sent between the school and families at any time! The connections and relationships that we have built with the staff in such a short amount of time is a testament to the level of communication that has been created and sustained between the school and our family.

The time and effort put into each school day to make it meaningful for the kids is amazing to witness. From planning events with families, to activities with the kids for holidays and birthdays, to honoring and celebrating personal milestones for each child, the teachers are constantly working on behalf of these children. This school has such a massive impact not only on the children that attend, but also on the families and our community as a whole.

If you are looking for a wonderful school to send your child that will enrich and benefit their education and wellbeing in more ways than one... Look no further. This is it. You won't be sorry!!!!!
