Wow ! I’d give it 10 stars if I could . First of all I want to thank Master Panzek for his incredible work ! We had looked at a couple of schools for our toddler before being referred to this gem . Master Panzek is simply amazing with the little ones . He is firm but gentle and our toddler loves it here ! We highly recommend Lions Panzek martial arts !

Love this place. Master Panzek’ student package is very generous; he has many classes scheduled for the students convenience, he is extremely affordable for the amount of lessons he offers, has lessons for all ages and (dis)abilities. My son has been attending for almost 3 months and he loves it. As a parent it’s awesome to see my son coming out of class, face beaming because he earned a stripe. He is more disciplined and doesn’t shy from responsibilities the way he did before starting Tae Kwon Do. This is the best place for character building and physical activity/ after school activity for kids

I recently found out that Master Frank is highly ranked and esteemed in the taekwondo community. He has amazing credentials. I shouldn't be surprised-- he's one of the best instructors I've ever had!! I started taking Master Frank's classes because my kids begged me to join them for one class as a white belt. That was 4 years ago and our whole family still goes to class every week. All fitness levels will get an exceptional experience.

I recently encouraged my shy little first-grader to try a taekwando class with Master Panzek. She was quite timid and resistant at first, but by the end of the class she was smiling and trying her best to keep up. I found the environment to be so supportive and encouraging all around, while all of the students are both motivated and challenged by Master Panzek's teaching. After just a couple of weeks my daughter is excited to go and stays more focused throughout each class. We have had a great experience so far!
