Aww dear sweet Lily, she is such a beautiful soul, sent to help people like me! This was a beautiful time spent with Lily, to review and find out what my constitution truly is and what my body truly needs to thrive. I took part in Lily's Prana Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in the Summer and Fall of 2023. This opportunity came to me at a time in my life when I was seeking support and community, and developing my image as a movement educator.

What Lily does in her offerings is pure alchemy! Not only was the yoga amazing, but Lily truly curates a space for her students to be themselves and co-create deep, everlasting bonds.

Lily is a power woman! Full of integrity and chalk full of knowledge about our bodies and spirits, I knew I had found the right program after our first meeting together.

I am a lover of Ayurveda and all things yoga, and Lily really exceeded my expectations in what I would gain in this program. I have been in the movement industry for a long time as a classically trained dancer, and I continue to learn from Lily even now as a student.

Lily is a wonderful yoga teacher! I love her yoga classes.

For the last several years she has volunteered her time to come into the elementary school and teach yoga to students aged 5- 11 years old. Lily is so patient, friendly and postive with everyone. She can adapt her practice to meet the needs of anyone in her class. I highly recommend Lily Russo as a yoga instructor!
