A great setup for free weights. Even though 5 a.m. is just as packed as 5 p.m., there’s still plenty of equipment. Cardio equipment might be the down side. Everything is about 15 years old, so they are commonly down for maintenance. I used to report the issues to the front desk, but it became a daily occurrence so I just got tired of having to report the daily issues with treadmills and stair-steppers. I hope they are going to upgrade them soon.

I have been a member for over 3 years, this place used to be nice, it's always dirty, hair everywhere, the showers are filthy, the sinks are full of hair, spit, and an abundance of other things equally unpleasant. The sauna temperatures are inconsistent, and machines are usually dirty. They have a huge stretching area that is rarely used and it takes up most of the entry, they hold classes all over and it's hard to try to get from the stairs to the machines without weaving thru people working out. This has more YMCA vibes than a "Country Club" as they proclaim. They need to hire someone to oversee the cleaning dept.

2 stars... Lifetime is nice, but you guys are out your mind charging new customers $200 a month for a gym membership! Most people don't even use all the amenities. Go to villa down the street, which has alot of what lifetime has but only $90 a month.

As a preface to my comments, I have been working out for four decades. I have worked out at small independent gyms, large nationwide gyms like LA Fitness, Planet Fitness and 24 HR Fitness, and multiple Lifetime locations (Houston, Chicago, Walnut Creek, Roseville, Folsom, South Jordan, Austin). All Lifetime locations offer excellent facilities when compared to other nationwide gyms. This location is no different. I certainly would strongly recommend.

My husband and I have been attending this Lifetime for 2 years. Although it can get crowded, there is usually plenty of equipment and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We come here 5-6 times a week, great experience every time!

Was going to sign up. Make you wait on a waitlist for no reason. They don’t throttle the amount of people joining. I household of four people That I asked before sending an appointment to come in, but that is fine. The lady on the phone assured me that as long as they we live in the same household, we’re good. I get in and since they are adults, it does not matter I guess. ITZY was very stand offish. In our appointment. And did not honor the fact that someone else said were good. And Honestly, I’m happy because the gym was absolutely Packed at 9am people were parking on the street. Definitely happy I had the bad experience upfront so I didn’t waste my money!

They will tell you they value you, that they listen. They don’t.. I have posted multiple times on the app(which is what I was asked to do.) I received no contact back. They are quick to comment on google reviews as they are public. The gym in general is not terrible. It is over crowded but any gym is anymore. With Lt cos, if you go early morning you will run into several classes that the instructors have no regard for anyone in the gym. Mainly the alpha classes. The class will be in one area then go take over another. They will take a lot of weights or whatever else. Today alone they have moved to three different sections in the gym. While asking others to move for them. They care nothing about intruding into other workouts. The instructors (not all) are rude and look at you as dirt. The price is out of line for the quality of the gym and the cleanliness of the facility.

Was a member for 5+ years, and loved the gym. Just got priced out by the annual $10 increase like clockwork every November-ish. Wish they didn’t drive me out.
