Have worked with them for several years with my kids for summer programs, holiday reading training and weekly tutoring. My daughter has shown great improvements every time I have her work with them. Really do a great job with providing updates and taking the parents’ feedback into account. Dr. Levy is very involved and dedicated to the success of the students. Recommend for any parent or guardian of children that need
additional support with reading. This program is a great option for kids that need something different to help them achieve educational goals.

My daughter has been attending Levy Learning Center since the summer of 2024 when we realized that she may have a dyslexia and ADHD. The improvement that we say in her reading and her confidence was absolutely amazing. We went from potentially retaining her to her being able to keep up with the rest of the students in her grade. Dr. Levy and her staff are absolutely amazing! They provide an environment that encourages the student to be confident and push through some of the obstacles that come with dyslexia. My family and I are very much pleased with our daughters progress so far.

We’re very grateful to have found the Levy Learning Center. Dr. Levy was extremely helpful, and guided us in the right direction from the start. A few months into first grade, we realized our son was not reading. But, as soon as he started the MaxScholar software and the tutoring we noticed an amazing improvement, and he is now two grade levels above and doing great academically. He’s developed a love for reading and is one of the things he enjoys the most. We think it’s very important to dedicate time to MaxScholar, in addition to the tutoring. We decided to extend the program, even after he had reached his grade level, because it really helped him with his writing skills and comprehension, and because he really liked working with his tutor, Mike, who kept him engaged and motivated at all times. The outcome has been so great, that we decided to signed up his brother, who is reading at grade level, because we know how much this program can help him advance even if he is doing well. We absolutely love Levy Learning Center! Both of my children, ages four and seven, have made incredible progress since starting here. Their confidence has skyrocketed, and they are now excelling in math, reading, and writing. The personalized attention and engaging teaching methods have made such a difference in their learning. Our sweet and intelligent son has struggled with extreme dyslexia since he was 5-years old. My husband and I tried every intervention, therapy, and assessment we could in order to help our son learn to read. We enrolled him at Levy Learning Center Fall 2024 and already see such a bright future ahead. Our son who could not read for many years, now at age 9 is starting to read. I have never been so optimistic and I have never seen our boy so hopeful and proud of himself as he continues on his learning journey. I feel Dr Levy helped give our son his self esteem back as well as reignite the joy of learning.

WARNING: Avoid This Place

‼️ I strongly advise against going to Levy Learning Center. The lack of proper learning spaces, disorganization, and failure to meet basic educational needs do not justify the $3,660 we paid for 36 hours of tutoring.

Here are some of the issues we faced:
• No Front Desk Support: There is no staff available to assist parents, and communication is unprofessional, conducted primarily via text messages.
• Poor Facilities: The rooms are dark, disorganized, and the computers are outdated. My daughter was expected to bring her own paper and pen for sessions.
• Constant Schedule Changes: Sessions were frequently rescheduled, and tutors were changed multiple times.
• Unacceptable Learning Environment: On one occasion, the tutor was late, and the usual room was occupied. We wandered for 20 minutes until Dr. Levy told us to use her office. The office was cluttered, with only one chair, making it unsuitable for my daughter to learn.

When I finally decided to stop the sessions due to these ongoing issues, I requested a refund for the unused hours. Dr. Levy refused to issue the refund unless I signed a clause prohibiting me from making any negative statements about her business or staff. The clause was sent on December 8th, but I refused to sign as this is unethical and likely illegal.

Since then, Dr. Levy and her team have harassed me with calls trying to pressure me into returning. All I’ve asked for is a fair refund for the remaining sessions, which she has yet to provide.

This experience has been a nightmare. If you value professionalism, proper educational support, and fair treatment, I urge you to look elsewhere.

I’d like to provide an update to my review. After posting, Dr. Levy agreed to issue a refund for the unused tutoring hours. However, she insisted that the review must be deleted now that the refund has been processed. Unfortunately, I disagree with this approach, as I believe customers deserve fair treatment and should be informed of potential issues.

I hope improvements are made in her office to provide the necessary tools and support for children learning there.

Levy Learning Center

I am incredibly grateful to the Levy Learning Center for the progress my 2nd grader has made in such a short time. My child was falling behind in phonics and struggling with reading. Within just a week of attending sessions at the center, I have already seen significant improvement.

We are especially thankful to Dr. Levy and online instructor Giuliana, who has been an outstanding instructor. She is patient, thorough, and has a wonderful way of connecting with her students. Giuliana's dedication and expertise have made a world of difference for my child.

We are looking forward to the summer program and watching our daughter continue to excel. The Levy Learning Center has been a game-changer for us, and I highly recommend it to any parent whose child needs extra support in reading and phonics.

We are incredibly grateful for the support and dedication from Dr.Levy, Mrs.Nancy and Aldo at Levy learning provided to our daughter during her second-grade year. As a child with dyslexia, reading was a significant challenge for her, she was showing signs of anxiety already and we were searching for someone who could offer the right approach to help her succeed after throwing a lot of money with previous tutors.

Their structured program with Max Scholars software, multisensory approach made a huge difference—incorporating visual, auditory, and hands-on techniques that helped our daughter grasp phonics and reading strategies in a way that made sense to her.

What stood out most was their ability to build confidence in our daughter. She LOVES and begs me to continue with more lessons here ! They created a positive, encouraging learning environment where mistakes were seen as part of the learning process rather than failures. She went from feeling frustrated and discouraged to actually enjoying reading and celebrating her progress.
