I would highly recommend this program for anyone looking to advance their career in the HVAC industry. After spending 4 months in one of the local large “Tech Schools” 3 days a weeks for 8hrs/day and learning nothing from an incompetent instructor I found Leonardi Training Center. After speaking with Roseanna and being able to get in due to a cancellation to talking with my Instructor 1 on 1 about my previous experience he assured me they were different!

I paid my tuition and started the classes. In 10 minutes I learned more than in 4 months. Mr Leonardi you should be proud of the program you have created and have left it in amazing hands with Mike. Mike has consistently made it a point to follow up with me to make sure I am picking things up and continuously learning and grasping the material.

I was so impressed with the first class I was able to also register my nephew in the same class and immediately paid for his tuition as well.

Further I still have contact with several of my previous classmates that are unable to even find employment in the industry due to lack of knowledge even though they “graduated” from the big name technical college.

Leonardi specializes in one thing only and that is HVAC and they have a program that is second to none.

There is a reason the wait list is long. This is not a government handout school. The people enrolled here are dedicated to their professional advancement.

To the few that know…”it’s not what’s different it’s what’s the same”…. Except the HVAC educational program at Leonardi it is definitely different.

Top tier HVAC training. From both the training of the equipment to even their communication skills. Being able to teach the class even with the variety of people from some being new to the field to others having years in the field. Comes to show how much it truly takes to be in the field from the work itself to even being able to explain to homeowners the equipment itself.

Amazing 54-56 week program especially for anyone like myseld who was brand new to this trade. Mike and Myke were awesome and kept everyone in touch if they had any questions or if one of us was lacking behind. He really knows his stuff and always found a way to keep class interesting! I would definitely recommend to anybody whos brand new to the trade or anyone who has been doing HVAC for awhile and needs to touch up or learn a bit more!

After having gone through the 6 months (54 class) tech school, I can say without doubt that Leonardi’s hvac school is hands down the best tech school in the state. I’ve been to multiple other training courses at other schools and there’s really nothing like this. Instructors at other schools are generally rather monotone and don’t explain complex ideas in a non-complex way very well. However, I found that both Mike and Myke at Leonardi’s do a fantastic job of getting me to understand things. Not only do they get me to understand complex ideas, but also to understand how all these complex things fit together in the grand scheme of things and how they really can be made quite simple.
