I have a handful of issues.

4 Teachers apparently have “threatened to walk out” due to my oldest (I have three children). Which, I had spoken to Angie and we agreed that due to her issues, we would find something better for her and keep my other two enrolled. I had gotten a call on Monday stating my oldest was kicked out for 2 days, meaning she would finish out her week as a Thursday til Thursday; giving me time to find alternative plans for childcare. I assumed we had an understanding as I expressed to her that I had been unable to work at least one or two days out of every week due to them sending my oldest home.
I also tried to brainstorm what may be causing her tantrums (or triggering her DID). One thing about me is that I am communicative and always try to find a solution AS ANYBODY SHOULD.

My oldest went back the following Thursday after suspension with no issues and I continued work as normal. Come Friday, at 5 pm I received a call that she would be kicked out Mon-Wed for biting two teachers.. which is completely understandable BUT I wanted to speak to Angie so we could figure something out that would help me in terms of getting back to work since I was already trying to find plans for my daughter, and because I had already missed a weeks worth of work. Being sole provider to your kids and having unreliable daycare service isn’t okay.
Because of this, I said the words “I really need to talk to somebody when I get there because that’s absolutely unacceptable” for myself, and Angie took that as “disrespect” (her words), towards the staff and said they would be unenrolling my youngest two, which is retaliation. She literally said “now YOU’RE the problem” because I was trying to discuss alternative methods of actions and was actually trying to WORK with them. But because I said the words “absolutely unacceptable”, that is an issue.

We had a heated argument to which I even asked for at LEAST a week extension for my youngest two, which she agreed until after she mentioned her workers walking out, I said “if staff has the power to walk out due to child behaviors then you need to reevaluate your staff”. Afterwards she said “well, they’re kicked out of the program and that’s without a week”.

Retaliation tells me a couple things as a parent and this is truly unacceptable as well as unprofessional behavior being a program administrator for ANY environment.
If somebody can withdraw care over a parent bringing their concerns, then that tells you where the value lies.

I never claimed that my children were perfect as I know they aren’t. I’m a single parent. We are healing from a traumatic situation as a family unit, and I made it known from day one the certain medical issues my oldest had (dissociative identity disorder, autism). None of this was truly taken into consideration, and that is what this situation tells me.

Furthermore, if you aren’t equipped to handle these issues, this needs to be made clear FROM DAY ONE, as these issues are even listed on paperwork before they were enrolled to begin with.

If your child is *anything* but perfect, do not enroll here. I am reporting them to the state and I do not suggest anybody else has their kids here. This is just the tip of the iceberg. All this to say to not enroll your children here. You can talk to them until you’re blue in the face and they STILL DO NOT CARE.

We loved this daycare! All of the teachers are so kind and they worked with my daughter’s allergies. We only switched daycares because we got accepted into one that was closer to our home. Highly recommend!

This is not a good daycare. My 1year old son was kicked out on his first day there because he only was crying. They made excuses saying he bust a teachers ear drum knowing that was a lie. They didn’t even call me or my sons mother phone to inform us he was even crying at all or having a rough day, on top of that they showed no skills that they actually could deal with children. How are you guys day care teachers an don’t understand how to deal with a crying child? I don’t get it. My son never had this problem at his other day care at all. We even told them if he has trouble dealing with his first day to turn on Cocomelon cartoon an he would be okay. We was told “okay, we would do so” but when my child’s mother asked about why didn’t they turn it on she was told that they can’t play videos. What daycare doesn’t let the children watch cartoons or education video’s. THIS WAS THE WORSE DAYCARE EVER. 0 out of 5 stars

We loved this daycare! Their staff were amazing! We only left bc we were able to get our daughter in somewhere that was closer to our
home, or she would still be going there. Highly recommend.
