I'm very happy to have found Learning: Empowered! for my daughter's junior year. From the first phone call with Andrea to organize a tutoring schedule with my daughter's busy schedule, to the tutoring sessions with Samuel (who is amazing!) they created a seamless tutoring experience that worked for us. Hello,
My 16 year old son began working with Dan Miller of Learning:Empowered! this past year for help with math. He is at boarding school and I'm several hours away. The communication between myself and Learning: Empowered was minimal because they are on top of all the details, very organized, and we received a monthly progress report. . My son made all his appointments directly with Dan, he changed them when necessary, and had ownership of the process. He very much enjoyed working with Dan, I believe his hard work with Dan was reflected in his grades. I expect he is planning to work with Dan again next year. I highly recommend Learning: Empowered!

Andrea and the Learning Empowered! team were a critical part of my son's village through high school. Andrea was not only a great tutor across many areas of study, she was a fantastic advisor when it came to thinking through selection of classes each year. Andrea is very plugged into the Campolindo curriculum and teaching staff and her guidance was invaluable. Ben worked with Dan on Andrea's team to prepare for the SAT, and that was also a fantastic experience. Ben's score rose significantly with Dan's patient and thoughtful tutoring. Finally, Andrea is a wonderful human who truly cares, and I wish her and her business all the success. I highly recommend Learning Empowered!

Andrea and her team have tutored my kids for several years. Both of my kids have different learning styles and needs and we have seen great results not just academically, but also with organization and time management. She has provided study tips and specific ways to go about tackling a tough concept, essay or project. She also has a great understanding of the various local high schools and curriculum. Andrea is also super flexible – rescheduling when needed and also adding sessions during busy times, finals, etc. We get consistent updates on progress from her and her team which allows us to provide specific support at home. My experience with Learning: Empowered! Tutoring has been amazing. I started working with Andrea in middle school and she continued to help me through my senior year of high school. She was a great help with my college applications essays since she knew me so well. She has been the most reliable person to work with along the way.
