Leah is one of the absolute best teachers you could ever have for any of your children!!! She is patient with your kids, intelligent, kind but firm- and will help them improve and feel good about their accomplishments as they improve and advance. Do yourself and your children a big favor and hire Leah to help your kids get over any hurdles they may be facing- you will be very glad you did so!!

My 9th grade daughter was starting at a new HS. Upon acceptance into this private school we were told that she would be on contingency because her math entry exam results wasn’t favorable and she’d have to be tutored to bring them up, which the school didn’t offer.
She really wanted to stay at this school and was doing well in all other areas except algebra. I went on care.com in search of a tutor for her. I interviewed a few and turned down a few until I met Ms. Leah. My daughter was very shy and hesitant to do online tutoring because she’s not been able to do so in middle school successfully and preferred in person sessions. Unfortunately most all the tutors only offered online so that’s what we had to work with.
Ms Leah was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly. She first offered a free one hour session to warm her up and get to know us a little. It worked out and I decided to hire her and not to my dismay. The first quarter before tutoring, my daughters grade in algebra was a 69 - failing. However now in the 2nd quarter she has an 92-A in algebra. Passing each quiz, exam and assignment with flying colors. Her confidence has soared and she’s happier than she was now that she’s understanding it better.
Ms Leah stayed on top of her even when they were on a short break she gave assignments to complete and though reluctant, my daughter completed them successfully. I could not be more pleased with my choice of a tutor and I’m very happy she’s sharing this journey with us. I texted her when my daughter made her first A on a quiz and we were equally excited and proud of her progress. Ms Leah has truly made a difference and I’m so grateful to her.

I'm so thankful that someone recommended me to Ms Leah. My seven year old rising second grader was in great need of tutoring after her year home schooling. Leah jumped all in and showed special interest in her. Our 7 year old looks forward to all her sessions with Leah. I truly feel blessed to have found Leah, we can see positive changes with our 7 year olds reading. I believe that with Leah's help this is going to be great up coming school year!

My son hates school. We are not ever able to do anything with him on home work. He was failing 7th grade. Leah came in and got him to study for an hour and a half at a time. She is awesome with him. He now has passed 7th grade. I do not know how she did it. But huge thanks the Ms. Leah.
