I enrolled on their Access Programme and was given personalised support on interview prep. The tutors are all very engaging and patient, explaining exactly what you need to improve on and how to improve it. They also cover how to do well when faced with all types of interview questions, from those based on your personal statement, to ones centred around a particular source/extract, to general questions surrounding your subject. This meant the programme was really helpful and went beyond just giving the generic tips.

Easily the best personal statement help I was given, I spent so long looking online for advice but theirs was by far the best. I think I had 3 hours with a private tutor working on my personal statement as well as 2 hours (I believe?) of personal statement lectures. They also helped massively with admissions tests with small group teaching, and their interview help was extremely valuable - a couple of lectures and 2 or 3 hours with a private tutor doing mock interviews/feedback. Economics and management, the course I have an offer for, had a 5% acceptance rate this year, which seems absolutely impossible without all of their help so I am extremely grateful. I'm excited to help applicants next year through this process too - I think the idea of free tuition in exchange for helping out next year is a great idea. I really appreciate all of their help!

Leading Education's Oxbridge Access programme was very helpful in preparing me for my Cambridge interview. The tutors were very approachable and flexible in arranging the sessions and what we discussed during them. They gave valuable suggestions about how to improve my personal statement and the time we spent practising interview questions was extremely beneficial as it closely resembled my actual interview. I would advise anyone applying to Oxbridge to take part in the programme.

My son booked onto the group knowledge building programme for an application for an economics degree. We have been extremely impressed throughout - Becky has been fantastic at clearly outlining the university application process and taking us through this step by step.

She clearly has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the various degrees offered by the leading universities as she was able very quickly to pivot her advice depending on which university we were asking about.

The knowledge building programme itself was (according to my son) excellent - very informative and interesting, and clearly a step up beyond the A Level syllabus, delving into further aspects of economics that stretch and inspire.

All in all, this was an extremely worthwhile programme and one I highly recommend.

The seminars were very informative and clear and the tutors were extremely kind and helpful, you couldn't find the same quality of information online and it was all free too! I was on the Access Oxbridge Programme which really helped me to prepare my Oxbridge application. The tutors for my one-to-one interview and personal statement were incredibly helpful and informative and I believe they had a real impact on the outcome of my application. However, I found the seminars basically useless because they give you information which both Oxford and Cambridge assure you are old myths about the application process which should therefore be ignored (eg. choosing colleges based on which one you are more likely to be accepted by). They also have a very formulaic approach to what you have to have done in order to be properly prepared for your interview. I found this incredible stressful and discouraging as for me it was completely unachievable and I started to believe I wouldn't get in because I was 'behind everyone else' and hadn't followed their struct guidelines. I went with my gut, researched what I thought was interesting, chose a college I actually liked and could see myself at and I got my offer. You don't have to have read a certain number of books, or read textbooks on subjects you haven't taken in order to 'catch up'. Please use the amazing tutoring service, but take everything the organisers give you with a pinch of salt. Trust that the universities you are applying to are giving you the correct information!

The interview practice was extremely helpful as it familiarised me with the style of questions I would be asked and the tutors gave me lots of valuable advice. They also gave constructive feedback on my personal statement, which I found to be beneficial. I would very much recommend this programme to future Oxbridge applicants.
