I recently completed my PALS and ACLS certifications in back-to-back weeks at LBW Training Center, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Instructor Blake was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, making the classes both informative and enjoyable. The atmosphere was non-intimidating, and I feel more prepared than ever to handle emergencies. If you're looking to advance your skills, LBW Training Center is the place to be!! 11/10

LBW is very good at making the ACLS/BLS recertification process go smoothly. Carmen in the office is especially wonderful, knowledgable, promptly responsive to questions, professional, capable, and nice. I also highly recommend Dr. John E. Meser as a fine instructor.

I’ve taken several classes with LBW, and the staff is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable/experienced in their areas of expertise. I highly recommend instructor, Jonathan Clark. He is the best instructor I have had so far. As an adult learner, it is important for me to understand why certain protocols in emergency response are important, and this instructor does a great job explaining not only what is important, but why it is important.

Great class. The instructor did a good job of providing demonstration and education followed by hands on practice including feedback and personalized cuing. As someone who’s job is based around motor learning, I’d say the instructor maximized everyone’s learning potential.

Excellent classes! I let my ACLS and PALS lapse last year and haven’t thought much of ACLS/ PALS since switching to a nursing speciality that didn’t need it. The instructor had multiple years of experience in pre-hospital and ED and was a wealth of knowledge. He explained the pathophysiology/ pharmacology so well, difficult concepts were easy for anyone to understand. I feel much more prepared to return to work in the ED as a nurse.
