Never rent from these people very horrible experience since this property management company took over August 2022 At Fountain View Apartments .Maintenance response to work orders when they feel like it and walk into your apartment with out your permission. Management is horrible don’t answer phones had to wait a month for stove and refrigerator! Buildings /properties is roach and mice infested! I left due to getting mistreated by Management and infestation after I filed several complaints and now they are pending 1100 dollars worth of charges on me! Unbelievable but this is supposed to be a Christian Development!
