Laura is an outstanding outstanding math educator and CSET preparation teacher!! Her preparation guide will have you very prepared for the types of questions you will see on the exam, and the accompanying videos help ensure you understand the concepts and specifics. I was a mostly straight A math student who scored very well on the quantitative portions of SAT and GMAT (standardized test for MBA programs) along with work experience in highly quantitative and analytical roles. The Math CSETs ate me alive and were the most humbling of my entire academic career. The breadth of material and occasional extreme depths of knowledge required (some more in the realm of trivia) for the tests creates time and test management challenges that make an outstanding preparation guide essential. In addition to the guide, I had a tutoring session with Laura that was great to tie up loose ends of knowledge. I highly recommend her services, I hope you come across her first in your preparation journey so you can avoid failing the exam(s). Good luck all!

I used Laura's study guide to pass the Math Subtest II (Geometry)!

Excellent resource and I 100% recommend it.

Laura's guide is great because it helps you focus on what the test actually asks of you instead of all there is to know about geometry.

To give you some details about my experience :

The furthest I ever went in math was pre calculus in high school and one stats class in college. I've been tutoring for basic level math classes like high school geometry and algebra since so that's a little fresh on my mind.

At my level, this study guide was enough on its own to pass the exam.

I was a little nervous in the exam because I hadn't studied all of Laura's practice problems as thoroughly as I would have liked. That was a mistake 😅 give yourself enough time to do the problems over and over until they're second nature. And if it's on the guide, learn it and study it! Try not to skip any content even if you think it probably won't be on the exam!

I practiced Laura's guide problems over and over until I could do them start to finish without error and guidance and that helped me a lot in the exam. My only problem was that I had not given myself enough study time.

If you're at all uncertain about your ability to pass the exam, I recommend this guide for you. It will save you a lot of time studying, and time is money after all so why not spend your time better.

I now have to take subtest 1 and I have bought her guide! Will report back but I'm certain my experience will be better since I have her guide and have given myself more study time.

Laura's CSET review materials are better than any other study guides I could find. Not only are the review materials well aligned with the CSET exams, but Laura is a fantastic teacher and I found listening to her YouTube videos very pleasant. If you haven't had math courses in 20 years, like me, you'll need to do some intensive review before tackling her review packets. Feel free to contact me for textbook recommendations. I wish I could give Laura more than five stars; she's that good!

I tried almost every resource out there (except CSET Math Guru and Christopher Goff's books), and I am glad to say that Laura's study guides were by far the most useful and the most engaging. The problem with most of the other resources is that they do not approximate the challenge level of the actual CSET exams. Laura's study guides do. The questions they contain are exactly the sort of questions I encountered on each exam I took (subtests I and II). I passed both exams on my first attempt with the highest possible "marks". I am so grateful to Laura. You, too, can pass these tests if you do as Laura says - know the content and skills covered on her study guides to a 'T'.

To be honest, I'm speechless. No word in the dictionary or in the entire world could express how grateful I am to you Laura for all of your help, your professionalism and your excellent class and packages. Without you, I could not pass these tests. Before finding Luar's packages, I bought almost four books for subtest I. However, none of these books helped me. Laura's package was the only one that made my dreams come true, for subtest II, I purchased Laura's package and relied on it solely. I recommend that you purchase the package as well as register for her class. Her class also provides very helpful foundations for each topic. Laura, I would never have passed these tests without finding your package. You are not only an awesome math teacher, but an awesome person as well. Whenever I felt down or afraid of the tests, Laura was always there to reassure, motivate, and encourage me. Her explanations in the videos are above and beyond.
