They were very helpful even though government rules and regulations made me very angry. They took the time to explain to me exactly why the regulations were what they were and all the questions I had they answered. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is the fact that the wait what is a little long but understandable considering how many people was there.

Wow.... no one will answer the phone. U leave a message n they call back almost a week later. the inlaws ran from a cps case in texas and put me on child support for 2 kids.I took a dna test for 1 kid and the other one is Hispanic and definitely not mine. I was never asked to take 1 here in texas for the girl. It was understood by the judge and everyone here that she is not mine and im not financially responsible. From out of state They are making it impossible to try and dispute it. I feel like I have to waste money on a attorney

I feel like they do there best for the most part. I'm sure dealing with as many people as they do, it becomes difficult to be completely friendly, all the time. For those of us that are reaching out for help, it's hard to understand "there page", but of course we're not on it!!!

Have had to make several visits to this office and the folks working there have always been incredibly polite and helpful. The process of getting set up with Medicaid was very confusing and I can't thank the folks here enough for being patient and answering my (very likely dumb, lol) questions and pointing me in the right direction.

Turned all my paperwork in a WEEK before due date. Got email a month later saying I didn’t. Emailed them they confirmed I did. Called a week later and they said “oh yea I just sent it to the technician working your case it will be fixed” called again. Said “it’ll be a couple more weeks” left a message for manager. Never heard back. Single mom who relies heavily on the food stamps but no luck in sight. Living in the mountains can’t get food before this snow storm coming in tonight/tomorrow

I have called this office on numerous occasions in an attempt to get them to enforce Court Ordered child support & each time I call I'm told by CSE Technician JoAnn Alaniz, that they cannot enforce the Orders of the Court because they cannot prove that my ex is able to pay. He is 20+ months delinquent on payments & is very well capable of paying support but, chooses not to pay & so far the only action this office has taken, is removing his drivers license, which doesn't stop him from driving. I have a voice mail from a tech at this office, telling me that 'I' have to file for Contempt' instead of them doing it (really? So what exactly is their job at this ENFORCEMENT Office?) This Tech also tells me, in the voice mail, that they will NOT take any Action until he has skipped 6 consecutive months. Basically what she is saying is, their office takes precedence over the Courts Orders & he basically, just doesn't have to pay. This office should be invested by the Court, ASAP.

I filed my re-authorization in October and over 60 days later it's still in the "started" process. I had to reach out to my Congressperson in order to get help because no one answers or calls back at the main line. When I did my re-authorization, my address changed from Larimer to Jefferson County. My Congressperson's office talked to someone at JeffCo HHS who informed me that Larimer County still has it in "started" 2.5 months later. I tried to call Larimer County HHS and the wait times are over an hour. I just need my case sent to the correct county. I guess I'll have to reach out to the Congressperson who represents Larimer County to get help since the county offices are unable to process applications in the 30 day time frame.
