Stopped here today and Ken was amazing. He went through how to use all of the features of their webpage including all of the weather and traffic tracking. Which is all very important if you’ve ever driven up a mountain this time of year. He was very informative about camping and hikes.

Awesome experience. First time at Lake Arrowhead, needed some assistance but got here late. Happened to just catch the attendants of the Vistor Centre and they helped so much to show us the QR code for the website to find hiking trails and then showed us the map giving so pointers to start our journey. Cant thank you enough ! Appreciate the time chatting

Went in to get some information . Ken greeted us right away and he gave us twice as much information . What a great guy and he was so helpful. He showed us so much . I can’t wait to go back and say hi to him again

If youneed info on the mountain they can help. The people that work there are so inviting and very nice I don't think I ever saw the same person twice but there attitudes are the same

I went into the visitor center at Lake Arrowhead Village and was pleasantly surprised. JT was so informative and gave me some great advice on what to do in Lake Arrowhead. He was very personable and easy to talk to. If you need information on area definitely stop by the visitor center.

The team at the visitor center were extremely helpful and friendly. They clearly explained all of my questions and recommended a few hiking trails and exploration sights around lake arrowhead.
