A 9:30 apt turns into an ordeal of patience. Waiting room set up for seven people, 12 people crammed into the waiting room, people standing outside, waiting.. No interaction from staff explaining the delay..
A very bad experience, especially for anyone that has to fast before their lab work.
I am sure we will be looking for a different provider.
And to cap it off, we were told to go to the new location which is not open...Thank you medical corporate world for your attention to the patients!!!

If you call this location with a problem and Naisha answers the phone, simply ask for the supervisor Naisha claims Labcorp is the only company in American that functions just fine without. Naisha is rude, unhelpful, and refuses to stray from a well-rehearsed script of YOUR problems are not HER problems.

This place sucks. I’m Active Duty Military and this is the second time I’ve been here. The first time they messed up my billing by putting in the wrong sponsor ID. Spent hours resolving the issue. Went back a second time specifically asked very nicely for them to remember to put in my sponsor id correctly this time and was assured they would. They billed me again and stated Tricare refused payment in a letter. After several hours of trying to figure this out I call Labcorp and let them know Tricare said a claim was never submitted and the guy over the phone explains that they didn’t put the correct sponsor ID AGAIN! Please teach your billing employee how to read and write they can’t possibly be this incompetent. If it was my billing department she’d be fired. This still hasn’t been resolved, I let the guy know that if this does not get processed or something else goes wrong I will no longer cooperate to fix this, instead I will simply let things go to collection and sue you in court.

The front desk person didn't bother to mention that LabCorp dropped from my health insurance carrier's network. Billed me $120 for a blood draw. Be careful with them.

Labcorp was my go-to place for my general blood work but the last couple times have been scary. I don't know if it's common but I've gotten a phlebotomist who couldn't locate my vein and still stuck the needle in only to tell me she couldn't find the vein. I'm already terrified of needles. This is the second time this has happened. There needs to be more training.

I had a pleasant experience here. I walked in the clinic and nobody was there. The receptionist who was also my phlebotomist was very helpful, friendly and competent. She made my blood draw quick and painless. I’m glad the reviews didn’t scare me off and gave it a chance.

My husband was a walk-in early morning. Less than 10 min wait time. Friendly and very experienced staff. Results within a day and finally a lab that breaks down the results with explanations so that even non-medical people can understand it. From now on we will use no other lab than Labcorp.

I had to use this facility two days in a row, as I managed to misplace one of my lab orders. I made an online appointment for both blood draws. The first visit was a little faster than the second, as they do not have someone that continuously remains up front. The up front person helps out in the back as needed, or that is how it appeared. Overall a great experience. I will continue to use this provider.
