Our two boys have been with La Petite on Wagontrail since they were both one years old. The director- Cristina Aguirre-Padilla is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to work with the special accommodations for our oldest son. Including thinking of innovate ideas to ensure he feels safe and minimize drop off sadness. She has also worked with us tirelessly on different potty training approaches. In addition she is diligent with ensuring our work daycare benefit is added to our account monthly and helps problem solve any concerns we have. Because of this we felt confident and enrolled our second son when he was one. We see how much love and dedication Cristina gives to our children and her staff. All the teachers are loving and kind and we appreciate the entire staff at La Petite.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First of all if you love your child look elsewhere for a day care that will accept and actually care for your child. My nephew was going here for about 6 months and he started getting sent home with incident reports and suspended for 1 to 3 days at a time for horse play he has extra outfits at school and never were they used he would come home with pee on his pants and I just I have always had a bad feeling about this daycare now the last few months it's like he was getting sent home three or four times a week for incidents for things that did not add up when I would try to speak with the director she was rude and completely unprofessional I would try to say hello to her in the morning and she would completely ignore me when I would go to drop my nephew off in the mornings he would cling on to me like he did not want to go he would cry on the way to school and be so excited when I would pick him up now today he's expelled from daycare for an incident that if it happened in a teachers care then it is obvious to me that there is no care being given when I asked to see the camera footage they absolutely refused so I think it's something that they made up and it never actually happened my nephew also denies and does not understand why he was in trouble this daycare should have been closed down a long time ago and Christina should not be in any position that has anything to do with children or their well-being

My son loves his friends at La Petite but protection is #1. Will update later. I am hoping to see improvements. As there is only 1 teacher that has been an issue since the 2nd week of my son being at La Petite and I thought the director Cristina Padilla was on the kids side but to paint a parent out to be frustrated when I was being understanding and trying to give pointers on what works for MY Child. I was met with blaming my child and being escalated. I just think everyone needs to be retrained. I actually still have hope for La Petite but I can never trust Cristina anymore. When you are complaining about a child behavior you should care enough to figure out what happens prior to the behavior. Then putting your hand on the child (the only teacher with a problem) after myself and other teachers have worked so hard to find solutions and what sticks is crazy. Then Cristina defends her and blame the child for the wrongful behavior. I’ll just talk to Melissa going forward because my only concern is how can La petite benefit my child. Also he has come home for 2 days wet and he’s fully potty trained but when I say something about it all the sudden things change. Which he should have never been wet at pick up to begin with. Then a teacher told my son god mother that they have to ‘discipline’ the kids. Will update later.

My 3 year old daughter attended this location part time for less than a month. I decided to withdraw her. Every day I continued to grow a lack of trust with everyone at the facility due to the sub par care my child was receiving. If your kids are at this place, it's good they have live cameras because they need to be monitored the entire time. The staff hardly engages with the children, neglect the children and are entirely underqualified. No one in management seems to want to make things better. I can't understand how this location is still open and running. Please avoid this place. Children deserve better.

This facility has proven to be unreliable. Approximately a month ago, they had to turn away students due to a complete staff absence, which created significant challenges for working parents. The staff exhibit poor communication skills with both parents and children and demonstrate a lack of professionalism. I frequently received non-emergency phone calls during work hours, indicating a lack of discretion. Additionally, there seems to be an absence of structured daily routines and a deficient curriculum. On several occasions, my daughter returned home with soiled underwear, a clear sign of inadequate care. Do not feel compelled to enroll your child at this center when there are superior daycares available that genuinely support and care for your child. The reviews corroborate this assessment. Seek a better option for your child's well-being.

I LOVED this daycare and only left because we had to move. I was extremely sad to leave. I truly felt like they loved my children as their own. Every single teacher my children had, we loved. My son knew every teacher by name and would tell them all goodbye every day and blow kisses to them. Especially Hannah! My son adored her and every single day she told me how sweet he was and just cute little stories about his day. I couldn't have chosen a kinder person for my son to spend his day with. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, my children were always well cared for and I received multiple pictures and updates throughout the day. They have an app where you get updates and can even see what they are doing on the cameras. The director Christina is wonderful and always quick to respond to emails. I am a huge worrier when it comes to the safety of my children, but here I didn't have to worry. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys so much for all you do!

Our 4 year old daughter has been attending Pre-K for only a month now, but we have been blown away by the amount of care and attention given to her. We have noticed a dramatic change in both her social development and educational progress! The entire staff goes above and beyond to support students and their families, and truly care about their students. Mr. Jacob is an outstanding educator with unlimited compassion for his students. Our only regret is not enrolling sooner!

My son went to La Petite on WagonTrail in Aurora for 2 1/2 months we had the worst experience all around. He would come home with the worst diaper rash I have ever seen a child have. I brought a box of diapers and they just came up missing some how. Crystal Flores was my sons 2nd teacher the first month he was there he had no incident reports when he got Crystal Flores he was getting 3 a day at some point. That's also when he was coming home with the worst diaper rash that's when he would cry so bad in the morning he never wanted to stay hes only 2 so he could not explain anything unfortunately. From the beginning she had it our for my son. My son has been at a new daycare and he walks in now and has never cried once. I know something is not right in that daycare center. The director/manager Crisitina is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with she does not care about your child getting the best care. She is the person that is nice when you first sign up and changes once you've been bringing your child for awhile. They are not clean and I also received a letter stating they are being monitored because they consistently fail to maintain the standards required by the state which I have uploaded. Please take a good look at this daycare before you bring your child here.
