My son was only enrolled here a short time and it was horrendous. Within his first week, he came home with what looked like marks from someone gripping his arm too hard. No investigation was done with that incident. Then as my son transitioned into the two year old class, he began to have behaviors that they deemed too difficult and I was meeting with the teachers and directors every other week. My son was yes speech delayed and in therapies but they seemed to label him and diagnose him without proper training to do so. Molly Tigera is probably one of the most awful people I’ve ever interacted with. Extremely fake and rude especially if you try to reason with her using logic. We received notification that we couldn’t leave our son’s toddler car seat there because they only store infant car seats. I’m a nurse who works 12 hour shifts and my husband is a truck driver who works 16 hours a day and not your typical 9-5 hours. We had grandparents pick our son up on occasion so we needed to store the car seat there to safely transport our son home. A fact Ms Molly did not comprehend or have any empathy for. So on top of the tuition fees that are expensive, we had to go out and purchase another car seat in the event someone needed to get our son before the center closed. Another incident with Ms Molly was when I went to drop off my son at 6:30 am as I start my shift at 7am. I entered the center at 6:27 and was told to wait outside. Mind you we need to take off coats and put belongings away with a toddler which can easily take time. I sat outside and watched as another parent entered at 6:28 am and was greeted in a friendly manner by Ms Molly. I watched the cameras and would see my son by himself and that was difficult to see. Ms Molly also followed my son around documenting how he played. The final straw came when we were served a letter saying we would need to provide an aide for our son out of our own pockets while he was at the center and even with the aide they could dissolve his enrollment at any time. Our lawyer advised us not to sign that document. Our son was at another center a month later. A center that he thrives in and is given proper care. A center that has taught him everything he’s needed before beginning preschool. La Petite online advertises inclusion and diversity which is 100 percent false. If your child does not check off their boxes, then you will be pushed out the door, and your child severely mistreated. My son experienced his first bullying by the time he was 2 years old, and by grown adults at a daycare center. Do not send your children here.

We were so happy and relieved when La Petite reopened after the stay-at-home order lifted. We've sent both of our girls to La Petite since they were infants and have been really happy with the quality of care they receive. With the app and cameras we can 'check in' on them at any time. If ever we have a question or concern both the director and the individual teachers are so receptive and responsive. While it was strange to send the girls back to a more public environment, La Petite gave us a lot more peace of mind. They follow the recommended guidelines with temperature checks upon arrival and during the day, kids over 2 wear masks unless eating, napping, or outside, the older kids have indoor and outdoor shoes, and there is a lot of hand-washing and sanitizing. I would definitely recommend La Petite (and have) to anyone looking for early childhood care.

I absolutely love La Petite. My 3 year old is always engaged when I come to pick up. The teachers always greet me and the management team is always in the office with a smile on their faces. The facility is clean and organized. My child is so happy when I drop her off and does not want to leave when I pick up. The director Michele is wonderful and always available to talk. Samantha and Gogo make a great management team with Michele. The preschool classroom is amazing. My child is learning so much from Ms Samar and Ms Sammy. The best choice I could have made for my child. Couldn't be happier!

My two daughters, who are 4 1/2 and 21 months, have both attended La Petite Academy in Schaumburg since they were 12 weeks old. To say that we have been pleased with our experience there would be an understatement. We did a lot of research on child care centers in the area before we had our first child, and my wife and I both felt that La Petite was the best place for her. Since then, we have never questioned that decision. The teachers there are phenomenal. The activities, games, and school work that my girls do with them are engaging and they are learning a lot. They take a customized approach to teaching our kids. When we have our regular conferences with the teachers, they talk about our daughters' strengths and the extra things that they are doing to challenge them. I know that their teachers really care about them. In the morning when we are dropping our girls off, I can tell that the teachers are genuinely happy to see them and enjoy their jobs. Also, our girls love going to school and are always looking forward to seeing their friends and teachers. l also can't say enough good things about Lynn DiVincenzo, the Academy Director. She is always very responsive and accommodating to our requests. She goes out of her way to make sure that all of the kids are getting the best care possible. I would highly recommend that all parents consider La Petite in Schaumburg for their child care needs.

We started both of our kids at La Petite this year, and we love it. Even more importantly, our kids love it. The staff is amazing, and they take good care of our kids. We especially like the safety aspect of the building. You have to type in a code to enter the building. Also, the staff directors will call immediately if they have a question or concern. We love La Petite, and would recommend it as one the best daycare facilities in Schaumburg.

Ms Lisa is our daughter's infant room teacher and we are still relatively new with infant room as my daughter started about a month and a half ago we are very happy with the relationship we seeing being built between Ms Lisa and our daughter. She is always smiling at her and seems to be enjoying herself throughout the day as Ms Lisa sends tons of updates, pictures, and progress she is making. I cannot say enough what a relief it is to be able to go to work and focus on what I need to do knowing my daughter is in wonderful hands and being treated like a member of her own family. From the moment you meet Ms Lisa--you know she is a genuine person who loves what she does and you cannot ask for a better teacher than that. La Petite has been a great experience for my older daughter and we knew without a doubt to come back with our second and we have been extremely with the care provided ever since.

My son has been at La Petite for 5 years. We had to take a break during shelter in place but went back once they were allowed to open. They have been amazing at caring for the students after reopening. They are following the CDC guidelines: doing temperature checks, staying in pods, the kids older than 2 wear masks and drop off/pick up right at the door to limit traffic inside facilities. My son is loving being back to a familiar place with people that care for him in spite of all the new procedures. We are thankful to have La Petite support us with virtual learning.

Our 4 month old son has been attending La Petite Academy in Schaumburg for about 6 weeks now and we couldn’t be happier. As a new mother, I was terrified of leaving my son with anyone. From the moment we walked in we felt so comfortable with the facilities and the people. When we arrive and when we leave, people are always friendly. I am very happy with the two ladies who run the infant room. They both seem to genuinely enjoy babies and I feel secure that he is in good hands when I am not around.
