Our son just graduated from La Petite and we couldn't have been happier with our experience there!

The staff always made us and our son feel welcome. The daily updates were such a great way to see how he adjusted to his school and we loved seeing all the fun activities he participated in with his friends.

We also really appreciated the emphasis on curriculum and learning. Now that he's started Kinder, he's way ahead and is excelling.

Safety was also a main concern of ours. Our son started during COVID and the staff took every safety precaution to make sure that our children, families and staff were following precautions. The double security door, unique pin codes and check-in procedure also gave us peace of mind that our son was safe and in good hands.

We'll miss the La Petite crew and have become friends with a lot of the families who are also working professionals in the community. The kids are all still friends as well and continue to stay in touch.

Thank you so much for everything you all do. We highly recommend La Petite!

We highly recommend La Petite Academy for your little ones. The Director, Ms. Susie, and the LPA staff go over and beyond to create a fun, safe, and creative classroom environment.

We loved La Petite in Oceanside! Our son attended for 3 years. We were sad to leave as he transitioned out for Kinder. For parents looking for a safe, reliable daycare and an attentive, fun school environment this is the place to be! I already miss getting the daily photo updates and all the artwork he brought home. I am also very grateful to the La Petite staff for creating such a great community amongst the kids and parents. Our son was so excited to attend Kinder because several of his La Petite Preschool buddies were there. It made the transition so much easier. He has also been thriving in kindergarten thanks to all the lessons at La Petite! While attending LPA, he mastered identifying and naming colors, letters, numbers and even geometric shapes. He left LPA knowing how to write his own name, cut out shapes with scissors, and perform basic math. His social skills and communication skills drastically improved by being surrounded with peers in a small hands-on classroom setting.

I highly recommend their academy, the staff truly prepared our little one with all the necessary skills he needed before entering kindergarten. I am so grateful. Thank you Ms. Susie and Ms. Kristen!

Both of my children have been attending LPA since 2018. We chose them because they have great security measures before entering the site and their professionalism. My children have thrived from 2 years old up until now and they enjoy attending after the school program. The curriculum is well thought out, they promote independence and seem to genuinely care about the kids. Anytime I had any concerns, they were immediately addressed. All the staff were amazing during the pandemic and created normalcy for our kids. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for your child. Thank you to each of the staff for taking care of my girls.

My two children started at La Petite Academy in 2007. Ages 3 and 18 months old. They both moved through all the classrooms over the years and my younger son has recently graduated Kindergarten. We loved all the teachers they had throughout their journey. The classes are well organized and the teachers care about the children succeeding. Now my two children are in public school and their teachers have told me how advanced they are. I thank La Petite Academy for getting my children off to a great start in their education.

We have been a La Petite family for nearly 13 years! Our eldest daughter started there when she was one. Both she and our second daughter went through their Kindergarten program and the School-Age program. They were both exceptionally well prepared for public elementary school both socailly and academically. As the wife of an active duty Marine, I have always been especially thankful that the staff members at La Petite feel more like members of an extended family than child care providers. Our children have flourished while attending La Petite. We are thankful to have found such excellent care for our children. Some of their fondest memories are of the fun and enriching experiences they had at La Petite.

My daughter has been attending La Petite since she was 3 1/2 yrs old & is now 6 1/2 yrs old. From her 1st day of early pre-school up until graduating from kindergarten my daughter's experience at this school was (still is) amazing & great experience for her to get started into new school year. My daughter is currently attending the before & after school program which is AWESOME! And can't forget about the Summer Program that is great & awesome at the same time, it is so helpful for my husband and I who work all year around- 5days a week; the education doesn't stop! She has made many friends and came out of her shy shell attending this school. The teachers are so amazing & so helpful always there for you. Every staff member is very friendly with smiles on their faces everyday, even bright early in the morning; always there for any questions and/or concerns. The school is very clean & very well organized. My daughter has and is very well secured and safe at La Petite Oceanside.
I just want to THANK Ms. Susie and the rest of the staff at La Petite Oceanside for everything you ALL have done for us, giving my daughter a good start. Words can’t express the change and impact you have made in my daughter's education and in on our lives. If you are reading this you have to be there for yourself, please check out La Petite Oceanside. One thing I can say is it will be truly sad and hard to say good-bye when my daughter has to start middle school, put it this way I wish she could keep attending until high school, that is how grateful & happy I am with La Petite Oceanside. 5 years and 2 kids! We enjoyed enrolling our children at LPA. My wife is a former preschool teacher so she was very picky about school selection. We checked a few other schools but had issues with the curriculum, price or cleanliness. None of those issues existed at LPA.
We enjoyed the staff and instructors, approved of the curriculum, were quickly able to adjust to the COVID protocols and the price was competitive. Although we won't be sending any more children to LPA we will recommend it to others.

Ms. Susie,

We had our final pick up at La Petite on Friday and it was just as bittersweet as I had anticipated. La Petite has been a part of our family for the last seven years. It has been a key part of the village that has helped us raise our children. It has been a comfortable home away from home for them.

I noticed right away, when our oldest had just started, that there are no strangers at La Petite. Teachers from other classrooms made the effort to learn his name and say hello to him. Not only did you and the staff earn the trust of our children but also ours as well. Because we know that you run a tight ship, we have been able to drop our kids off each morning and turn our focus to our careers. We have never wondered or worried if our children were being treated with kindness and dignity-we knew they were, because that is simply the standard of care for all children at your center.

Thank you for all of the years of consistent, wonderful care. Our children are truly better off for having spent so much of this formative time with the teachers and staff at La Petite. We will miss you all so much!
