This school ruined me as a person. I came to this school in the eighth grade and almost immediately lost any sort of innocence I had left in me. All of the sudden grades became life or death, and my creative thinking was put to a halt. High school was even worse. The amount of hatred and competition amongst students was unbearable. It was every man for themself, and if you were the slightest bit different, you were chastised and isolated from the "normal" people. This school does not support individuality. Not only were the students dreadful, but so were the faculty. They could care less about the well being of their students, and were only concerned with how much funding they were going to get for the year. This extremely negative atmosphere took a toll on my mental and physical state. I did not feel supported by my peers, teachers and counselors. If I could do it over, I would have never attended La Canada High School. Please, please do not send your children to this hell hole

School is absolutely terrible. Teachers are paid to teach, which is exactly what they DO NOT DO. I have not learnt anything over the past 2 semesters and I am disgraced with the quality of education. We come to school to LEARN! Kids are always fighting in the hallways which makes for a terrible atmosphere. I'm transferring now.

I hate this school! It is terrible, I do not even know WHERE to begin. The people and staff are horridly corrupted, even the principle! It is disgusting too, bathrooms smell like complete garbage, and my teachers would give away free grades for money!

Hi. My son attends this high-school. Staff was EXTREMELY rude, and my son came home crying. Kids continue to bully, staff does nothing. Over-all wouldn't ever send my kid here again.
