I LOVE how Kumon has helped me improve ever since I was a child. With this program, I recognize that at a young age I was able to easily learn better ways of comprehending math that would then benefit me in school. Now, I am a year ahead in math at school and am taking math classes that are only available to a select few students. All of this is thanks to Kumon because I was given the opportunity to advance my learning, feel comfortable learning in a safe space, and even earn some awards for my academic achievements. I have noticed that Kumon provides great help for children of all intelligence levels and effectively adapts for how to positively impact and educate them. Looking back, I will forever be grateful of this program as it sharpened my mind and set me up for success!

I worked at Kumon Natomas for almost a year and during my time here, I made many memories with the kids and my coworkers alike. It was an incredibly rewarding experience getting the chance to teach and further the learning of those around me. I tutored kids ranging in many ages, usually from about 4-12 in both math and reading, helping their fluency and progression in each subject. I've always loved working with kids, so I adored getting to know each of the personalities that walked in and giving them help where they may have needed it. I also gained experience working in a fast paced and unique environment, each day different than the last. I'd highly recommend this place either for work or a great place for your children to practice their skills.

I started my journey as a student. Where my mediocre and unfortunate math skills were then sharpened and narrowly tailored to what I struggled with the most. This independent road I took elevated my skills and proficiency in math helping me became not only a more successful student but also mentor to my peers around me. Years later I took these skills and put them to good use becoming a tutor here at Kumon Math and Reading Center Natomas. Where my passion for teaching students flourished and personality shined. With a comfortable work environment and loving students this is a great first job for high school students looking to make money while also learning new things and finding new ways to solve problems.

Before my parents enrolled me into Kumon, I failed in maths and English but after going to Kumon my English and math skills, especially Algebra have greatly strengthen. I soon completed the math program and I can confidently say Kumon has helped me excel in maths and has successfully prepared me to pass Calculus. Now as a Kumon instructor I have learned many more skills that will help me in my future and I'm able to help the students grow academically, which overall is very rewarding. All the staff at Kumon is always helping the students and I highly recommend this place for your children.

My daughter began going to Kumon for reading just before first grade started. She immediately made progress and was reading noticeably better within weeks. During the nearly seven months we attended, she learned and grew as a reader and writer. She advanced to a second grade level and is well-prepared for what’s to come. I recommend Kumon for families who want additional work and/or students who want to be challenged. For students who aren’t quite at grade level, this program gives them the confidence to re-learn the basics and get them up to speed.

My Daughter started Kumon at age 4. She is in kindergarten and she is reading and doing math of 3rd graders. I highly recommend Kumon for all parents. When I started sending my daughter to Kumon everyone thought it was due to my daughter been slow in learning. Let me make it clear it’s not that it’s a head start for kids. What kid in kindergarten will do additional and subtraction of three digits? Yes my daughter is doing that and all thanks to Kumon.

I appreciate Ms. Nibha and Ms. Mariah so much for helping my boys succeed and achieve high levels in mathematics. My oldest son Oscar is now an auditor for the city and county of San Francisco and my son Emilio will pursue a degree in chemistry this spring at university. Kumon Natomas is an amazing place where kids can learn great study skills and good habits. The teachers are all nice and I love that I can text them to communicate! My child made so much progress thanks to the methods they taught him.
I highly recommend Kumon Natomas!
