Parent Orientation and Placement Test was setup for my son on August 14, 2024 5:30PM MT. When we visited the center no one was there and the center was locked. The next day when we called the customer support, they connected with the center and told due to AC issue the center was closed. But they didn't mind informing the parent/student about it. Next, the session was scheduled for Monday (8/19/2024) and when I called the center they they don't see the appointment. So the lady told please come anytime and no need to schedule and appointment for placement test. We again visited the center on 8/20/2024 at 5.30 PM MT and again the center was closed and when I called the center the instructor was very rude saying the appointment is not there and they cannot the door. It's so irresponsible from that particluar center instructor. Please educate the center team on how to talk/behave , how to be polite with parent/kid.

My daughter has been coming here for the last month and I have seen tremendous improvement in her reading skills. The face to face instruction really helps her and I am confident she will be ready for 1st grade this August. The staff should really get more recognition for the amazing work they are doing with these children.

Unorganized and waste of money. I have enrolled my 4 years old and only first class was 30 minutes and since then last 5 classes are 15 minutes only.

2 classes - 15 minutes each and 130$ per month doesn't make any sense.
I had good feedback about Kumons but just this one in particular seems like a BLACK SHEEP.

I even raised the concern by calling and response was time depends on Age and certain other factors. If you are not satisfied then we can engage her in some other activities. As if they are doing some favor.

*UPDATE**
After speaking to the management, issue was resolved and I have seen a good progress in my kid.
