My daughter is taking math and my son readying. At first they were a bit hesitant about the program and concept. But now both kids admitted that it helped them academically.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Kumon helps your kids to get better in reading and maths. This Elgin location is very organized and friendly. Miss Sangeeta, runs it very nicely with her staff.

I was a former student at this Kumon since I was in 4th grade and took both Reading and Math. I finished the Reading program by 8th grade and finished the Math program by 11th grade, almost two years ago. When I was younger, I struggled a lot with comprehension and focusing on my homework. I kept scoring low on my comprehension scores in school and it really lowered my self-esteem. Kumon has really helped me grow academically and mentally, and I give all my thanks to the program for uplifting me and helping me get into the honors program in high school and in college. Through my success, I was inspired to do the same thing to the next generation and work at the Kumon since 2022 so I can share my story to the kids and tell them they can achieve great things in the future just like me!

Excellent experience and great service. I was able to get my girls to start liking reading. They have tested above their grade level with the assistance of Kumon. I would recommend to other parents if your child needs assistance with reading.

My son, Angelo started Kumon since he was Pre-K 3. He is now on 4th grade and Kumon has helped him develop confidence to excel in school. His self discipline has improved greatly. Great experience with kumon and the center owner. Kumon keeps my children (9 and 3) motivated . Great program for preschoolers for motor skills as well as introducing independent learning.
