All 4 of my kids have been Kumon kids. Our youngest attended Central Park for the last 3.5 years. It was hard work for both us and our son but the pay off was worth it! Yeow-Heng and his staff were patient, dedicated and motivated our son (and sometimes us). Now our son's favorite subject at school is math because "it's so easy".

Kumon has had such a huge impact on both my children (7&9yr old) this past school

I recommended this program for Al
Kids especially as class sizes in public schools begin to rapidly grow and there for more and more children are falling into academic gaps of learning. This is a great program it does take
consistency from the child and the parent but it’s so worth it.

I'm really happy with how much my daughter's English has improved since she started at Kumon. She's built a solid foundation in grammar and vocabulary, and her reading and writing have gotten a lot better too.

One of the best things about Kumon is the confidence it's given her. She's more eager to participate in class now and is proud of what she's achieving. This confidence has positively impacted her overall approach to learning and school.

Kumon has also helped her develop great study habits. The daily homework routine has taught her discipline and time management. She understands the importance of consistent practice and is much better at organizing her study time.

Mr. Ong, the principal at Kumon Central Park, is warm, organized, and professional. His dedication and structured approach create a welcoming and productive learning environment. Mr. Ong really cares about each student's success, which makes a huge difference.

Overall, I highly recommend Kumon for any parent who wants to boost their child's academic skills.

My triplets have been in Kumon for over a year and I’m so grateful for both the reading and math programs. My concern was making sure they didn’t fall behind in school and avoid my struggle in supporting them - and thanks to Kumon, they’re ahead! One of my boys is almost 2 grades ahead in his math and all 3 are the top readers in their class on 2nd grade. Not only that, they’ve grown fond of the Kumon instructors, especially Mr. Yeow-Heng, who is always so attentive and thoughtful. I highly recommend this system and this center in particular.

My son fell behind on his multiplication because of COVID... at the end of 4th grade, I realized it was a huge problem that didn't fix itself. A friend recommended Kumon and after doing an initial meeting, I signed my son up.

I kid you not, math is now one of my son's best subjects! Kumon is a program that REALLY works, because it holds the children accountable and asks them to put in the work. Thanks to Kumon, we were able to go back to the beginning and find all of the holes in my son's understanding of math. We rebuilt a strong foundation which has in turn helped him succeed.

I also want to say that Yeow-Heng Ong is fantastic.. It was really a pleasure working with someone who is so professional, kind, and intelligent. If you're on the fence and want to help your child succeed in math... DO IT. I have no regrets here.

I signed my 6 and 8 year old up for Kumon in Central Park to be an educational supplement due to all of the disruptions in learning during the pandemic. I have been very impressed by the professionalism and dedication from the owner, YeowHeng. In addition to academic growth, I appreciate the character building, focus, work ethic, and structure. Kumon is a very well thought out educational method that will boost confidence, and prepare my kids for their future by helping them to break down strategies for learning and performance improvement. I've been so pleased with the high returns on what is a significant financial investment for our family.

If you and your children have discipline to do the work, this will change your kids’ lives. I have two kids who do Kumon. One student we brought here after home schooling for a year of Covid. That child missed some math and needed to catch up. Since starting 8 months ago, our behind child is caught up and getting As on tests. We don’t fight over math anymore (this was a huge problem) and their confidence is through the roof. My other child tested into the GT program and is thriving at school. I attribute these huge growths to Mr. Ong and his team. It isn’t always easy to do the 20 minutes of homework each day, but the growth I have seen is changing my kids’ lives for the better. As a parent I decided that academics is where I want to spend time and money to give them the best future I can.
Make sure you go the iPad route vs. paper. It makes things so much easier. Thank you Kumon! We can’t wait to see what our children achieve next!
