Our family made the decision to have our daughter join Kumon to provide an enrichment opportunity for her studies that we felt was missing from her regular schooling. Really great owners that are easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. They return work on a quick timeline, and I have seen great gains in my children as they have participated in Kumon over this last month. We love the care and support they give the kids, but allow for individual determination to blossom. My children have gained responsibility for their work and are good at following the structure of the program that is outlined for them.

We wanted our 4 year old kid to be in Kumon because we don’t speak much English at home and the little one is a bit introverted. This turned out to be one of most rewarding investment we did. He got work sheets everyday; through 20-30 min practice everyday , he expands his vocabulary and builds his social confidence and reading skills so much that I don’t need to worry about his ability of self learning and exploration through books at an early age. While no comparison against other learning center because we don’t have that experience, I am personally in favor of the old fashioned approach through paper and pen; and I believe Kumon has a good evaluation system to place its students at the right pace of learning. (You can request less homework for kids, as needed)

We have had an exceptional experience with Lois and the Broomfield Team. Our son has blossomed under Kumon. In the 6 months we have been doing Kumon he has gone from "sub-optimal" test scores to top 1% of growth and also winning student of the month for his whole school.

Kumon is not easy and takes contribution by the parents, but the pride of learning of our son, the incredible growth in his knowledge and his foundation for success is beyond our expectations.

I think Lois and the team strike a great balance of rigorous work with compassion and support. I can't recommend them enough.

With schools switching to a virtual environment and providing a less challenging curriculum, I wanted my daughter to develop a strong mathematics foundation elsewhere ... especially after I saw her counting on her fingers again. Kumon provides a curriculum where students do just a little work on a daily basis, and this got my daughter more confident in her basic math than her parents. Kumon also provided enough flexibility in their plan to accommodate my daughter's ... "lack of interest in doing extra work outside of school".
