All 3 of my kids have made amazing strides since we have started Kumon. One kid used to say she was bad at math and she would never be good. Now, she has won the Mathlete G by 4 award trophy proudly displayed in her room. I told my high schooler that we should take a break from Kumon to focus more on her school workload— she protested and insists that she wants to continue since it truly has helped her math and reading skills! The owners of this center are miracle workers— it is so impressive to watch them spend time with each kid to make sure their learning is tailored to their needs. We are so grateful to be a part of this center!

This is just a review for initial phone call. I called to find out a little more details on cost and how long are the lessons. The lady that picked up is rushing me through the call. Speaking like I am annoying her saying oh you going to get all that in the package you don't even have to sign up. I am like yes I understand that but will like to figure out how much will it cost and estimate.

At one point she couldn't hear me didn't even give a chance to see if she can hear me literally said can't hear you so we see you when you come in. I said ma'am you are being rude I guess she heard what I said because she called back.

I have heard wonderful things about this place and definitely wanted to bring my son here but if they act like this before you even start services makes me wonder how will they treat my son if he in services.

So as of right now I give them 2 stars for their customer service. I am sure not everyone get treated the way I did but unfortunately I did.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at our local Kumon center, under the guidance of Ms. Usha. Her dedication and expertise have made a remarkable difference in our son's academic journey. Thanks to Kumon, our son is at the top of his class in math. The structured and consistent approach has not only improved his math skills but also built his confidence in tackling challenging problems. Additionally, his reading comprehension has significantly improved.
Ms. Usha's personalized attention and commitment to each student's success are truly commendable. She ensures that each child progresses at their own pace, providing the support and encouragement they need to succeed. There has to be a commitment from the child and family but the results are worth it.
We highly recommend this Kumon center to any parent looking to give their child a strong foundation in math and reading.

We enrolled our daughter for both reading and math at the Kumon center in Circle C starting in the summer of 2023, right after her kindergarten school year. We were amazed by the improvements we saw in her reading in just the first few months of her starting. Our daughter was equally excited as she was able to start reading books from the library on her own or with little help. Both Usha and Sheila are extremely helpful and always open to addressing parents' concerns. I feel they truly care about my daughter's progress. As you can imagine, getting a 6 year old to sit down and do "homework" on a daily basis was challenging in the earlier months of starting, however, Usha was extremely helpful and understanding and worked with us to slowly acclimate our daughter to her coursework.

They just care about money .. They do not take into account the circumstances of the residents and their religious holidays and they make light of that. The director is a failure in management and is not fit for this.

The center accomodates children based on time slot. Good staff and children are motivated here. Per session they give 2 worksheets. Have a nice learning experience

My son has gained so much confidence from Kumon. He is truly able to say “I did it!” and feel accomplished through working at his own pace. The instructors are very hands-on, and have instilled in him the principle of self-learning, which has really helped him in school.

Our 10 year old daughter Dylan has been going to this Kumon center ever since we moved to the Austin area from Minnesota since June 2019. Usha and Sheila and the entire staff of students have always been super kind and helpful and encouraging towards our daughter and every student that we have met while being there. Our daughter has excelled tremendously at both math and reading/writing and we honestly would not know where she would be academically if she had not started at Kumon. And being new to the area my wife Cindy and I have made friends with several other parents while waiting in the sitting area or hanging outside of the center (pre-covid of course) and we have heard nothing but positive and glowing reviews from all of these other parents. Usha and Sheila and their team have worked double time helping all of their students complete their worksheets remotely during the past 9 months and I highly recommend this place if you want your child or children to strengthen their math and/or reading and writing skills.
