Unfortunately, My experience with "this" Kumon location was not good. My son hate to do the homework, it was very challenging for us to have him to the homework. I talked to Mr. Stephens about concentration issues my son may have, but He didn't say anything about it. Then not only homework was difficult for my son. He spent two hours or more at the center, and then we found out He didn't finish his work at the center neither and they just sent him more homework to do at home, so we decided to go to a therapist who is helping with the lack of concentration. My issue with Kumon is that they care only about the money NOTHING ELSE! I talked to Mr. Stephen He didn't care about how long was taking to my son to do the work at the center nor at home. I paid my tuition ahead of time, when we decided to stop Kumon since was not good for my son,. He told a refund ck was going to be sent to me, since I paid the full month, that was back on November and now we are January 17 and no ck has been received yet.I have sent multiple emails, calls even stop by the center.... and his excuse was " I don't have the ck book here my wife has it" how they run a business with out a ck book ?........ I gave two stars because on a way it worked for us, my son's grades were improved significantly, every time he doesn't want to study or have a bad grade, we tell him " He is going back to Kumon" and then He gets good grades. He hates Kumon!
