My family loves this daycare. We have been at this daycare for about 6 years and plan to continue to be here for another 3 years; our first child started around 6 months old and our second started around 14 months old. The daycare has a huge outdoor play area. The toys outside and inside the classroom are plentiful and engaging. The teachers are amazing and loving (they support the children and have supported us as parents). They provide all the food your child will need once your child is out of the infant classroom. Their hours and holiday closures are extremely working-parent friendly. I love this community and have great conversations with other parents and teachers, especially on the playground at pickup time.

Our son has been at daycare at UCAR for over a year now.
The staff is very kind, attentive and responsive. The hours are great and we feel comfortable knowing that he is safe and well taken care of while we work. We couldn't be happier.

We've been very happy with this preschool since our 3yo daughter joined a few months ago. Ms. Rola is absolutely amazing - so patient, flexible, friendly, and caring, and we've liked all the other staff as well. The administration was helpful and flexible through the registration process. Most importantly, our daughter has been at two other daycare/preschools and likes this one the best!

My toddler is attending this daycare now and I have been happy with the care and attention she gets here. Her teacher Ms. Erin is absolutely amazing and everyone else has been very helpful and kind. My toddler had an accident in her previous daycare and it was so hard for me to trust and start daycare again. However, the care she received here has been amazing and changed my opinion. The level of communication is perfect and everything is well organized. I am amazed with how friendly the environment is. They hang kids' photos everywhere and write about them on the walls which not only teaches my kid that she is valued, it also connects me with other kids in the classroom. I also love the fact that they serve lunch.

My daughter has been attending CCLC for over a year now and she loves it! The teachers and staff are attentive, engaging and fun! My daughter loves the extra classes like Spanish, music and jump bunch, plus they do cooking and other arts/crafts projects daily. There is a theme they work on each month. There is lots of outdoor time and most of the time my kiddo does not want to leave when I come pick her up! We are very happy with her care there and I would highly recommend them!

Our 1.5yo babe has been attending this daycare and this was her first experience in group care, so we were of course nervous. Watching her grow and become more confident and independent in the Center has been truly wonderful. From the director to the teachers, and even to the kind and friendly cooks, every person knows our daughter well and engages with her warmly and she happily stops to babble with every team member. Miss Alejandra, in particular, has been such a blessing. She pays close attention to our daughters needs and is always willing to go the extra mile and give our daughter individual care based on how she’s feeling in the moment. We are so grateful to this Center and the loving inclusive environment it has created and highly recommend it.

I would recommend parents send their children to other non-KinderCare centers as there are plenty in the area that are at least as good, they are less expensive, and they are less corporate.

The teachers are friendly and attentive to our child. Our child enjoys seeing the teachers when we drop off, and is happy when we pick up.

The center director is not a very compassionate person. I understand and agree with the recent health protocols and related restrictions. However, I never felt any empathy from the director when she would call to tell us to pick up our child, in fact she seemed proud to call us to tell us our kid would need to stay home. Due to health restrictions our child was home 60% of the first 2 months when we started at UCAR KinderCare. Because this is a corporate establishment, any discussion we had with the director always was resulted in her sharing verbiage or diagrams from the corporate documentation. I've also seen her send out 'reminder' emails about the health protocols to all the parents after another parent tried to discuss their disagreement about their child's symptoms, almost as if the director was trying to snub the other parent by sending an email out to all parents. That kind of behavior is not helpful.

This last year has been difficult for all parents, and the director only made it harder.

The teachers at this center have been hands-on and caring. However, the director has zero empathy for parents or families. There is also an extremely high turnover of staff (which makes sense bc the director is so unkind) Also, they push add-ons like music, but the music teacher will constantly cancel classes with no refunds. I know there is very little choices for very young children. So while your child will be safe, it is not a loving family environment.
