Excellent gym and staff! Coaches Miguel, Niko, and Taylor are outstanding..motivating, patient, and truly dedicated to helping kids grow in confidence, skills, and strength. The environment is fun, supportive, and inspiring. I’m sure the rest of the coaches are just as amazing. Thank you for creating such a great experience for the kids!

Of course the physical aspect is important to us although we chose Kids Strong over other facilities Because of the character qualities that are intermingled throughout the coaching. I also appreciate how the coaches take the time to get to know each student and treat each one to the level they need. My grandson can physically complete most of the program effortlessly, but coaches will always give him a modification so he's challenged at the same level as others in the class, and they will help him be humble and aware of his surroundings and others in his class while teaching him to be a positive role model and leader at the same time. There is not one coach I would not want. Every coach at this facility is amazing! ! if I didn't need to work full-time at our business, I would love to be a coach here! I actually get emotional when I see some of the kids who started a while ago who needed their parent to be on the mat with them and now they can do it by themselves. Great job to all of you! Thank you for being Positive role models, and helping form these young students into future leaders in our country.

Our son absolutely loves going, stays engaged, and is building so much confidence. His smiles every time we’re there are truly priceless and his coaches are beyond amazing. The facility is well run, organized, and clean too! It’s a win, win.

The class is amazing for teaching kids, social skills, teamwork, communication, patience, and lays the foundation for life skills. I was super impressed that every class the coaches were super enthusiastic, patient and kind to all children in the class and they were funny! There were multiple times I was laughing and enjoying the class and I’m the adult! The coaches award is a great way to teach kids the right way to accept recognition, cheer for their teammates and it’s a great conversation when they don’t get the coaches award to teach them the principles of continuing to try hard and winning is not everything. I would highly recommend KidStrong.

The Kidstromg team has been so good for my son. We have been at Rocklin since the day they opened and couldn't ask for a better team. The coaches have been amazing and the interactions with all the staff has been great. I can't wait to see what else they come up with. I loved the coaches energy. It definitely made me feel like my son was in the right place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’m super socially awkward and they made me feel comfortable right away. I already recommended this specific one to my sister in law for her son. We have very high energy children and the class was perfect for this!

I absolutely love the confidence I see in Hailey during her KidStrong classes. She is becoming more confident each class and I love the team-building games they play. My six year old daughter has been too many different classes and she loves all her coaches. I feel like the coaches take their time with Hailey and her peers and are very polite, patience and all have good sense of humor. I would highly recommend KidStrong to any parent who is looking to build their kiddos confident and get them physically active.
