We are thoroughly impressed by the exceptional patience and care demonstrated by Kids town Dental. The ease of scheduling an appointment, no wait list, and superb office communication made our experience seamless. We felt genuinely supported from the entire staff throughout. The receptionist, dental hygienist, treatment and billing coordinator, were all absolutely wonderful. We are extremely pleased with Dr.Fillmore. She took the time to really listen and address our concerns, and even followed up with us after our appointment which meant a great deal to us as parents of a special needs child. Kidstown has been overhauled. If you’re like me and tried it out years ago and ultimately didn’t remain a patient there, give it another shot. It is under new management, and they have brought on Dr. Fillmore. When our previous pediatric dentist moved out of state, we needed a new dentist who understood the intricacies of oral ties. So, on the recommendation of a highly qualified friend, we went back. Not only is the front office staff just the best, but we have also never had to wait long for our appointments. As a special needs mom, waiting is never easy for us. I’m thankful I don’t have to do that there anymore. The hygienists we’ve been seen by are so sweet and fun and the kids have loved them. Dr. Fillmore has great bedside manner. I have never felt rushed or dismissed about my concerns, and my kids are comfortable talking to her. They always, as a team, take the time to talk through issues and options with us and are well prepared to provide referrals to other specialists as needed. This practice has made a 180 for the better in my opinion. Hopefully, it will be the same for your family.

Ms Vikki was amazing. Our kids hadn’t ever been to the dentist and were anxious. She eased their anxiety by being thorough , patient and kind. Melissa at the front office was also very kind. Dr Fillmore is very knowledgeable and friendly.

We have been at Kidstown for 9 years.
So many procedures done through out the years and I am very happy with care and results we have received with the team here. Vicki is absolutely amazing! She’s very comforting to the kids nerves, very encouraging and makes sure they feel safe.
