My 3 youngest children and Granddaughter all attend Kids Incorporated. We have been there since 2020. As a mother of 5 I have used many different daycares in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I have never been more pleased with the care of my children as I have been since finding Kids Incorporated. The staff are loving, caring, nurturing and extremely friendly. I always feel comfortable and know that my children are safe with them while I am at work. I prefer to leave my children at daycare rather than with family. Disregard the false review below! These women are the most loving humans around! I would highly recommend sending your children here! ?

HUGE THANK YOU to the Director Monica and her team for not giving up on my son! My son has big feelings (what toddler doesn't) and no other daycare has been able to properly handle my son, care for my son or teach my son how to work through his big feelings. The past three daycares would do nothing but send my son home.
Monica is not your typical director. She is very hands on and will actually get to know you and your child / children. It feels so good to know my child is well taken care of. My son even asks to go to school on the weekends. That's how much he loves it here.

The educational programs are not only fun and engaging but also well-thought-out and developmentally appropriate. My child has shown remarkable growth in various skills. I appreciate the structured activities that balance learning with play, ensuring a well-rounded experience for the kids.

Communication has been a strong point, and I appreciate the regular updates and insights into my child's daily activities. It's reassuring to know that the team values transparency and keeps parents in the loop about their child's experiences, milestones, and any special moments throughout the day.

Additionally, the cleanliness and safety measures implemented at Kids Incorporated are noteworthy. They really prioritize the health and well-being of the children.

Thank you Monica and all the teachers for being so welcoming and taking such great care of all the kids!!

We have two children attending this learning center and couldn’t be happier, the staff and decor create a fun and vibrant environment and we love that the teachers share the curriculum each week. We continuously identify things that our kids learn from their teachers and interactions with peers and can see they are developing meaningful relationships and social skills.

We have been with kids incorporated since the end of 2020, the school navigated the pandemic well regarding children’s health and safety as well as remaining objective and unbiased with varying political views. It made the process less intimidating for us as new parents.

The director has built a team that communicates well and interacts with the parents every day and has done well vetting and onboarding new teachers as their team grows, we always feel that the teachers connect well with our kids and that there is stability even through staffing changes.

This daycare is great! Care providers are great with the children, patient and kind. It’s always clean. The little ones are always learning new activities. The women and staff there are amazing! Always kind and helpful! As a parent, it’s hard having to separate and be willing to put you children in the care of others. Thank you ladies for always taking good care of these children during tough times. I appreciate all you do!

Kids incorporated is wonderful! Don’t let the reviews scare you from checking this place out. Our son has been attending since 2021. He was initially set to start in 2020 and kids inc worked with us so he could start when we were more comfortable. His teachers are wonderful and he has learned more than I ever imagined he would at a day care. This location is also one of the cleanest places. I’ve recommended Kids Incorporated to all of my friends when they’re looking.

Being a young mom with a newborn it is terrifying finding a daycare and reading every bad review. The last bad review for Kids Incorporated was a year ago. I was still hesitant, but it was my only option because all other daycares had no room in infant care. Upon my first tour Shauna was great, she wasn’t trying to “sell” it to me. She was just straight up and honest. Now that my baby has been in the care of kids incorporated for about 3 months now I can confidently say that this is the best daycare! Emily and Macy are great infant teachers and really know and take care of every baby like they are their own.

They punish children and abuse them here. My children reported witnessing another child getting hit with a belt, and they punish kids for literally passing gas. The most unprofessional staff and management makes excuses for abusive staff and gaslights parents with concerns.

The daycare is a beautiful facility but the staff is horrible Misty one of the teachers is very rude to children. My children were afraid of her. She cut my child's hand with scissors when cutting a bandage off her hand after a surgery I was never notified and there was no incident report made. A new hire by the name of Carrie put her hands on my child grabbing him aggressively. Management is very unprofessional when asked about these incidents. There are a lot of issues here that can't be explained. I think that is why there are no cameras available at this daycare. They also pulled my other child from online learning and placed him in a chair for eight hours without contacting me my other children that go there witnessed Misty walking by his chair asking him how are you liking that chair trying to upset him more. Completely unprofessional. My oldest daughter said she was being very mean to my other child so I told her to take her phone to school and record it because I wanted proof. After the daycare found out about the recordings they took her phone away. Be careful picking this facility for your child.
