We love Kiddie Academy of Cibolo! They are kind and caring and go the extra mile to care for our daughter. We always feel like she is supported and well taken care of when dropping her off. Everyone from the front desk staff to her teachers is polite, friendly, and communicative. Whenever we have a concern or question, they are more than willing to answer it, and if they don't know the answer, they take the time to find it for us. Our daughter has learned and grown so much from her short time attending Kiddie Academy, it truly was the best decision we made for her, we don't regret it for a second! I cannot say enough nice things about Kiddie Academy; they make you feel like part of the family, and I feel good knowing that my child is safe while in their care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality daycare! Thank you guys for being awesome and taking such great care of our girl!

We’ve had such a positive experience with our newest baby who is going on a year of being with the academy. The attention to detail and care Ms Melody, Ms Ursula and Ms Elizabeth provide to our little one is exceptional. We truly appreciate the great communication from the front office staff and the way they’re so supportive you’d think it’s like they’re caring for their own family member. Can’t express enough how happy we are here and will continue to recommend them! Huge thank you to everyone at the academy!!!!

First, you are always, always greeted with a smile and acknowledged. It gives the center a feeling of warmth which is so important when choosing a place to leave your precious babies. The admin staff interact with all of the kids, know them by name and make themselves familiar with the parents, working to foster trusting relationships with all of their families. If any issues arise, the admin/directing team is quick to help and work together with the parents to resolve them. The directing team goes above and beyond to assist families needing guidance and recommendations. With safety and accountability being paramount in the childcare realm, the security system check in/out process is 2 step and easy to use. The application for daily childcare updates is user friendly and utilized well by ALL staff. Having everything available digitally makes things easier considering the hectic schedules of most parents and families, and being able to see your babies (and the fun shenanigans they are getting into) throughout the day is comforting. The facility is always clean and being decorated for some holiday or event planned for the kiddos and their friends. The classrooms are outfitted with tons of age appropriate activities and manipulatives. The menu is full of healthy options and accommodating when needed. The classroom staff are warm and inviting, even when overwhelmed. The curriculum is fun, educational and age appropriate while being followed and executed well. The family engagement is amazing…always finding ways to involve the families in holidays and activities (holiday photos ops, hot cocoa days, popcorn pick ups, parties, appreciation days, holiday events and more.) The correspondence and communication is wonderful. Facility issues, upcoming events, missing paperwork, special occasions, parents days out, rough day updates, calendars, menus, reminders, additional form requests, sign ups…are all sent out to every family through the app and email allowing them to schedule and time manage accordingly. Accidents, injuries and behavioral issues are addressed in a timely manner, and understanding when dealing with the oh so wonderful SA traffic for necessary sickness pickups is always present. The Kiddie Academy of Cibolo is an excellent facility and program. Having toured multiple other facilities (all accredited and most Texas Rising Star) this academy puts them to shame. Most of us would love to be able to stay home with our children, but having the peace of mind that your kids are well taken care of, safe and loved is the best feeling when you are away from them.

My girls both went here from their opening date, they were 5 and 3 at the time, and we have been nothing but happy from day one. The Teachers were all amazing, Ms. Ruchi and Ms. Maddison are the best and truly care for their staff. We felt love and compassion as soon as we walked in the door. My girls were always excited to go to school and came home happy every day. They made some life-long friends and so did I, it was such a special community for us, and continues to be They had great events and family activities throughout the year, parent's nights out, holiday events, parties, you name it! Thank you KA of Cibolo for an unforgettable couple of years!

I love the staff! They are kind, loving and patient. It’s nice to know my son and my future children are in such a warm loving place. They keep me updated on how my child is doing, voicing concerns! They are a second family to me . I love kiddie academy!

Our 3 year old started at Kiddie Academy November of 2023 and we have been impressed with all of his wonderful teachers and administrators! I want to give a special shout out to Mrs. Tammy. I forgot my son’s swim suit for splash pad day. When I returned to the academy, Mrs. Tammy was kind enough to open the door for me and take my son’s clothes to his classroom despite injuring her knee and needing crutches. The staff at Kiddie Academy Cibolo always go above and beyond and we are thankful for their effort to ensure the children are well taken care of!

I’m positive the care all of my children have received, Toddlers and an infant, is a trickle down effect from exceptional management. The caregivers are just that, caring and they actually enjoy children. Plus, there’s a low turnover rate here so my children have consistency.

My baby girl starts in January and I was terrified of taking her to daycare. Recently I dropped off paperwork and spoke with the director and she was so nice and so kind and it made my heart a little bit more relaxed about taking my baby. She listened and offered stories about her own child and I know that she will be in the best hands. The infant teacher I met seems really nice and like she cares for the babies. I’m super happy that it’s close to my school and they will even allow me to come nurse her when I want to! Everything about the daycare is welcoming and as much as I wish I didn’t have to drop my girl off, this place makes it a little easier. So happy I found it!

I have had my baby enrolled since they first opened and have loved every minute. Mrs.Luisa is hands down the best teacher and educator. She brings so much love and compassion into the classroom. My son learned so much when he was in her class at only the age of 15 months ! The other classes have been lovely too!
