Our family has had a wonderful experience with kids city USA. The staff is caring and truly invested in the children’s well-being and development. The director, Jessica, is fantastic! She is professional, communicative, and always willing to go the extra mile to support both kids and parents. The teachers also are constantly uploading updates and photos of daily activities, art and lessons for our child which is beyond comforting and my favorite!

This is my kids first experience with full time daycare and the teachers have been absolutely phenomenal with them! They’ve worked with me and my kids dad to make sure the boys feel safe and loved while we are at work. My boys get so excited to go to school everyday and absolutely light up when they see their teachers. Can’t recommend kid city 2 and their staff enough!

I haven't had any personal experience with a different location but as far as the location on Elm street goes I WOULD NOT bring your kids here. The miscommunication, organization, & reliability here are terrible. I had my kids sent home with stuff that wasn't theirs, coats & bottles of my kids lost and never found. Infant room closed one hour into the day multiple times without letting me know, apparently because there was only one baby in there at the time which doesn't make sense. The new director Jessica is extremely unprofessional. Giving out personal information to other parents just because she knows them personally. Trying to tell me & other parents that I didn't notify her about my kids being gone for Christmas break even though corporate has proof of the papers I filled out before hand (That she personally had me fill out). Calling the sheriff's office to do a child check on my kids because they haven't been at daycare even though I have proof on my phone of logging them in and out. She only called after I unenrolled my kids due to all the issues. When I had my kid's dad call to talk about all the problems we were having she just talked very rude (Asked him why he would even be calling) and hung up. Not only is she doing her job very badly but also she will abuse her power at any given chance.

Very unprofessional "director"Jessica. Called with concerns and was hung up on and then mysteriously had a welfare check called in on my kids mother. I was told by a concerned staff member that my 8 month old at the time was NOT being fed because they are not aloud to be closer than 2 feet even though he is a infant and can't use a fork and eat on his own. Like seriously? They didn't feed my baby all day other than a bottle which they lost 2 separate times and we had to replace and he ate nothing all day. Jessica personally gave our personal information to other parents and her friends who actually told me and called DHS do to personally bias motivates because we complained about her being so unprofessional. Please do not take your kids here as long as she is in charge.
