If I could give this place a zero, I would. I joined this gym back in May or June of 2023 with a three month promo. I did not like the classes, nor the staff. They were not helpful when it came to helping me with my technique. They were quick to tell me that I was kicking the bag wrong, but never guided me on how to kick the proper way. I ended my membership two months into the three month promo and was told by the staff that my membership would end at the end of the third month. Just this week I got a text message from the owner stating that I owe $1431.00 for my membership. I explained to her how I requested to end my membership with the staff member. Come to find out, the staff member did not cancel my membership and also didn't tell me that I needed anything in writing. Also the owner stated that I attended a class in October 2023 which is a lie due to the fact that I had became homeless at that time and certainly couldn't afford to attend a class or had the will power to go to a class. This owner is very unprofessional as well as the staff and I would not advise any Hispanic women to go to this gym.

Amazing classes, atmosphere, and people. Kick House is for anyone at any level at any age. They motivate you and push you to be your best self. Had to cancel my membership because I moved away from Greeley. If I could stay at this gym I would. Highly recommend KickStart and weight circuit classes.

Super fun, high energy and great classes! The coaches are all wonderful. They walk you through the steps at a pace you can understand. I also really appreciate that they give you other options to modify the steps to help accommodate the level you are at and what is comfortable for your body. It’s been a really awesome experience and a killer workout!

LOVE Greeley Kickhouse so much! I’ve only been a member for a week, but everyone has been so welcoming. The coaches give great constructive feedback and obviously care about making each member better than they were yesterday. Special shoutout to Tony for helping me get signed up and for a surprise one-on-one 5:30 am session this morning!

I really enjoy my time at the KickHouse. The coaches are really nice, but they also push you and each other to improve. It is a great community to be apart of! My kids love it too! It is a great way to work out, reduce stress, laugh, and be healthier!

It took less three months for me to feel significantly stronger and more fit. And over the last 7 months, I lost 22 pounds.

I have been a member of many workout facilities in Greeley, but have never achieved what I did here.

Incredible people. Very enjoyable classes. Again, I could not recommend more.

I highly recommend this place! Coach Tony trained my husband in mixed martial arts for years and then became my personal trainer at our home. Tony helped me realize how strong I am by pushing me everyday at our sessions when I lost my confidence to keep going. He is a true healer and he changed my life by not letting me give up. He was able to communicate with my deaf/non-verbal son to make him feel as strong as the other kids he played with at school. Tony went above and beyond for our family and I can't thank him enough! He is has a heart of gold and he is living proof that you should never judge a book by its cover or take life for granite! If you are looking for a good place to change your life, you will be in good hands with coach Tony and the people he surrounds himself with!

I love the staff there, even though it’s been a few months sense I been there they still reach out to me for encouragement. I will go back, once I am financially stable again. I recommend any types of body shape to join. No push just encouragement to stay with it at your own paste.
