I sent my daughter to attend KT’s Regents prep for Algebra 2 and Chemistry. As an upcoming 9th grader, she originally struggled with the advanced math and science that her school offered, but was able to get her grades up to 90s with the help of the instructors in her classes. Every teacher explains very well and makes her understand all the concepts, which brought up her grades in school and made her more confident in her abilities. Everyone is friendly and very serious about their learning. Highly recommend to any child who needs help in any subject.

If you want improved school grades and test scores, Khan's Tutorial (Astoria) is the best place to attend. This tutorial provides one-on-one time which is very beneficial for students as it creates an easier learning experience. The center has all the supplies and help you need in order to succeed. I have been attending Khan's Tutorial since the ninth grade for regents prep and my test scores have increased after my time there. This is an excellent tutorial to enroll in. as they encourage you to learn as much as you can. The social environment at the tutorial is great as well. Not only do you learn but it's fun too!

i really like this place because our teachers are always there for us and they are always ready to help. i also love that if you don't understand something you can tell the teacher and he/she would help you with it. In khans teacher wont yell at you or do anything bad they will always try to help you. For example my teacher Rafsan Hamid he always says "even if you need help with the easiest thing just tell me to help you". If you really get the questions then they will say wow! you are very smart. If you talk your tutor will say guys please go back to work! Khans is one of the best place to go study. This is why khans tutorial Sunnyside is the best tutorial to go study. I was a SAT student here and I couldn't be more grateful for everything! I started with a 1170 and after my prep here, went all the way up to a 1480 on the October SAT and my brother scored a 1510! They have an amazing SAT program here and everyone is so kind and helpful. The questions are great and some of them are a bit harder than the questions I had on the real SAT but they just prepared me even more. Overall this place is amazing and their SAT programs is one of the most affordable and best ones, if not the best!

I can say that attending Khan's Tutorial Astoria was not a disappointing experience. The tutors there are excellent and do a great job helping their pupils overcome difficult obstacles ranging from homework problems to challenging concepts in a particular subject. The environment there is student-friendly. You're exposed to everything you need if you require any assistance and on top of all that is the man behind the desk who operates the whole structure with order and discipline. If you want to see your scores in a subject improve... or if you want to get into a particular school really badly, go to Khan's Tutorial Astoria. They know what they're doing.
