Terrible HOA . Terrible support to even get recurring payments set up. Everyone dodges and deflects. Nobody knows anything other than how to charge more money for services that are never provided. They try and cram a bunch of different portals into one and they are all junk. Results in a Terrible and frustrating user experience. I WOULD NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS AS A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Better off managing your properties yourself.

Horrible experience with this HOA management company. Dishonest, disorganized, unresponsive.. essentially I'm not sure what they are paid for. Unwritten policies that don't make any sense. For example, our car was damaged by the neighborhood gate, KC and Associates had a copy of the video but after it was reviewed by the HOA (supposedly) they deleted it per policy.. we never got to see it. We found this out after they told us we would get a copy. Not a miscommunication, we heard two different stories from the same person, the owner. No proper minutes taken at HOA meetings and the only way to get in contact with management is to show up and the office over and over until you get lucky enough to speak with someone. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. We got the excuse that they are very busy.. well if they're too busy to provide service to those who pay them then what is their service for I would suggest thinking long and hard before moving into an HOA managed by KC & Associates.

Absolutely the most incompetent organization ever that could be in business running a community. And incompetence is a BEST presumption. A member of this community for nearly 3 years now, I've had constant interaction regarding a recent Board and ACC election. Constant screwups, and I strongly suspect nefarious collusion with certain current Board members, along with their terribly incompetent attorney. Poor bookkeeping regarding HOA payments, which has a wasted many hours of my time attempting to correct, and terrible responses to questions, if you get a response at all. If I could give a zero, I would do that . . . a negative rating if that was even possible. If you buy into, or live in a community managed by KC & Associates, runaway, buy somewhere else, or expect extremely high levels of frustration.

Just an overall terrible management company. The software used is outdated and communication is a nightmare. You'll get your HOA statement in the mail after it's due with late charges tacked on with no option to subscribe to autopay.

Zero stars. Do yourself a favor and don't live anywhere managed by this company. Kevin and his mommy run the operations, so if you have a problem with either of them, you are out of luck! Nepotism at its finest. This company mixed together with an HOA board full of retired old people that have nothing better to do than stroll around 24/7 monitoring your every move, quite literally were the reason my husband and I sold our condo and left as fast as we could, moving to a completely different city. Stay far far away!

I don’t appreciate the painting company dumping their paint in my rocks next to my patio nor using my hose and breaking the nozzle or using my water! Mind you we pay for our own water! During a PANDEMIC no one should be using anything on my property! 316 dollars a month for this service? Once did we have snow removal last winter, I am starting to wonder where all the money goes? No landscaping has been done In years! That’s more than some people’s car payments! I am still waiting on a phone call or email response but looks like this might be the fastest way to get ahold of you. I will be stopping by your office and I hope I am treated with respect unlike other reviews have stated!

It's been weeks trying to get a return call or email. There are birds getting into the roof vents and find their way behind our dryer to eventually die and make it smell horrible!! Had to pay to get them removed several times while the HOA can't even complete a service request for the vents!
