Attended Karen’s Wellness Cooking class for the first time. Karen is such a delight to be with and learn how to cook and eat healthy. She is a great teacher and enjoys sharing her skills with students. The food is awesome and encourages me to learn more about preparing healthy food!!!

I have participated in several of Karen's plant-based cooking classes and learned so much about how to prepare soulful, fresh and healthy dishes. Karen is both an artist and a scientist and this comes out as she discusses chemical reactions in our bodies while, at the same time, offering tips on how to put much pizazz and bountiful flavors in her uniquely designed dishes.

Karen’s home is so cozy and immediately comfortable. Definitely “hands on”, spacious working area, and extremely organized. Learned new information with humor and clarity. A very rewarding experience.
