First time here. I Had wings (Tommy style) and a few Smithwicks drafts. Food came out reasonably quick. Female bartender was engaging and knowledgeable. Manager was kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great. I will be back. 5/5

We came for our nephews birthday. The food was all amazing. I had the Italian Beef and I added the cheese sauce from the horseshoes. So good. Thanks to Bry for being an attentive server. We will be back.

Night out. Service was excellent, staff very accommodating. The food was delicious and the pizza prepared with all fresh ingredients. It was so good. Everything served to us was delicious!

Stopped at Costello’s to get dinner at 5:15 on a Tuesday night. There was a sparse crowd in the bar and two occupied tables in the dining room. We ordered our food with our drinks almost immediately after being seated. My family and I ordered a single serving of 12 traditional wings, a one topping 9” pizza, and two children’s pizzas. It took approximately 70 minutes to receive our food after ordering. There were no updates about the wait time from the service staff.

So far I have had carry-out from a friend (it was cold and still delicious by the time I tried it),I've ordered carry-out myself- and again it was amazing and the staff was friendly and efficient, this time we are dining in and again - the food is on point, the server is fantastic and enthusiastic, and I dig the vibe. I can watch the game and hear some background music and still have a conversation - It’s just right!

Service was terrible. We waited for over an hour to get our food, because the waitress delivered our pizza to the wrong table. The original waitress was rude, offering a curt and insincere apology. Though we agreed to wait for them to make another pizza, asking only that we simply be comped for one our drinks, we were given just 20% off the price of the pizza that amounted to $2.60. Not that management cares, we won't be back.
