This is a wonderful venue to swing dance and do country dances. People are engaging and very helpful. . Lessons and dances are on Fridays. Doors open at 6pm and there is open dancing until 7pm. Lessons are available for beginners, intermediate, advanced, and one for country dances. A partner is not necessary. The lessons are 7-8 and then open dancing until 11. Lessons are fun, mistakes are welcome (they're really "improvisions"!) and the cost is amazingly low. If you are a woman and can follow a good lead, you will be swing dancing in no time...You will see people laughing and smiling all over the dance floor..the music is usually contemporary with some classic songs...You'll enjoy the experience! Stick with it...you're social life is about to get much better!

You are starting to play slower "west coast" instead of mostly faster swing dance songs. Also it use to be about a third country and line dances. Now it seems to be taking over at the Friday 4-19-19 dance. Too much country.
