My daughter joined JEI in October 2021 and has a great experience there, the teachers are nice and sweet. They are very kind and pay close attention to students.
They make effort to make kids feel confident and comfortable so that they enjoy studying there. The manager is also warm, helpful and always accommodate to the parents' need.
I highly recommend JEI to the nearby community. My kid and I are happy to be part of JEI family!

My daughter starts going to JEI when she is in second grade as she needs support in math and homework. At first, I was worried it will be hard for a second grader to sit through the class, but surprisingly she looks forward to go there every after school. She studies in a small groups so she gets a lot of attention. Shan, the manager, is very encouraging, caring and flexible. She reviews my daughter’s work and progress with me each time at pick up. I recommended JEI to 2 families and they both have positive feedback too.

I signed my daughter up for JEI Math and English (7th grade level) last August. It’s been one year now and I’m happy about my decision. The teachers are patient and caring, making individualized plan based on her needs. The manager gives feedback and progress updates to parents regularly. This month my daughter has to attend a camp at her school 9am-1pm. We thought she’d want to take a break from JEI but she didn’t. She says she enjoys being there and still goes twice a week.

I have received tutoring from JEI for a few months. Shan the main tutor here, is incredibly responsive and an excellent instructor. Both me and my best friend had great times working with her. We're grateful for JEl Learning Center Millbrae and highly recommend it.

My son joined JEI for many years and JEI is his favorite tutoring place. His math and English are improved and he loves the teachers over there. Now I don't have to worry about his homeworks anymore because tutors will help him with homeworks too.

My daughters love to attend the turtor class. Teacher shaney is very patient and care of the students. My children had great improvement with their English, Math and Mandarin after attending classes here. Highly recommended!

We have lived in Millbrae for a couple years and walked by this learning center all the time. For some reason it’s always completely empty when we walk by.

My son has been asking to take art classes so today we walked in to get some information. There was only one person in the entire place. She didn’t really give me the opportunity to ask many questions, and walked away. So unprofessional. I Very unfriendly vibes. Frankly, no need to give them any more of my time and definitely not paying for any classes here.
