This is like a zero star. They prefer people that HAVE jobs and not the ones that don’t have jobs. It’s like being lied to over and over. They don’t care if you’re even disabled. They just have their own kinds of favoritisms. They made us lose nearly everything. We waited for 2 years for it to arrive. And we NEVER in the history of EVER gotten sorted of help. Like at all. We were expecting and expecting and expecting and nothing.

Sam M. I could tell he legitimately cared. He went above and beyond to make sure he did everything he could. He communicated well with his supervisors, he worked hard on making sure to find information I needed. In ohio what took nearly 6 months of fighting customer service he accomplished in pretty much one day. Thank you so much!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They NEVER want to do their jobs. If you call them they transfer you all over the place because no one wants to help you and you never get connected to the correct person. They have also decided to close the building on Fridays and are inaccessible until the following monday, even though they claim they are open 7:30am-4:30pm on fridays. Government is going to Government, I guess.

I went to the wrong building department and was pulled out of an orientation and this woman Shante or whatever, and she told me that I was waisting my time here and the proceeds to make me feel really uncomfortable in front of everyone and told me to go to the other building while I’m 8 months pregnant. Then that day she called and left me a voicemail saying she was about to shred my file but then saw that I had an orientation scheduled for Monday and that I should plan on going to it because I have a “history of missing appointments” when I’ve only missed 2 due to pregnancy complications and I’ve called and told them that and showed proof of what I missed them. She’s honestly so rude and I’ve talked about her to the other people that work there and she’s literally hated but the staff because of how rude she is. Like if you have people so much then why are you work for HUMAN SERVICES? Also I went a month prior to now and she said I wasn’t eligible for anything because my baby wasn’t born and when I went back a couple of days ago another woman was baffled by that. She said that I could have had benefits for over a month. If she gives me more attitude on Monday I’m actually going to say something to her face because she’s being a horrible person.

I just got off the phone with one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I have been hung up on Buy employees here and I made sure when she answered the phone after I waited an hour to be extremely nice to her. She wanted to get me off the phone so bad she kept trying to tell me that I will have to show up in person when I told her that it is hard for me to get transportation with my five-month-old she told me that's fine there's a train here. She kept wanting to hang up but I kept begging her to please let me speak to somebody. I can tell she was extremely annoyed by me especially when I started pleading because then she was telling me to stop and cause he kept repeating stop doing that. I asked her right when I asked her for her name she immediately transferred me to a voicemail to a person that doesn't even work on monday. I am just hoping that if she did transfer me to a legit person that will assist me I'm begging you to please help my family. I did not call to bother anybody I am just only looking out for my family. I am hoping that the woman that spoke to me on the phone today will read this and in the future realize to not speak so harshly or down to people especially when we are just looking for assistance.

All Medicaid participants I've seen in 6 years misrepresent & ignore things I specifically address while making up things I never mentioned or complained of. Falsely represent me & this is very unacceptable in health care with no where for low income folks to trust. Substandard & disgraceful care to many. An insult to the healing profession, all of medicaid care I;ve been presented with. Very unsatisfactory.

Was 7 mins late due to the confusion of where the actual building is because it comes up as the wrong building on Google... Then they wouldn’t let us inside. What a joke of a service to the public and to the State of Colorado.
