Staff is awesome! Alivia is so helpful and always returns my calls promptly. Beautiful new homes with a gorgeous pool. The entertainment center and coffee bar is an added bonus for my daughter who loves coffee and a fun spot to hang out with friends. I highly recommend these town homes for your Troy student!

We are extremely pleased with Ivy Row and recommend it to others. As a mom sending both of her sons away to school last year, Ivy Row Troy has been a Godsend. The management staff is always extremely helpful, as is the office staff. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance immediately checks on it. We couldn't be more pleased with Ivy Row. We enjoy all of the social media as well!

My unit was in excellent condition when I moved in and I have had no issues with it. The maintenance team gets on important issues such as A/C very quickly. The staff at the front office is willing to help and answer any questions.

It is the best service we can get even though I don't speak English easily they helped me the staff was very nice they deserve appreciation and respect thank you also the manager she helped me a lot thank you to him you will not get better service from them thank you very much to all of you I appreciate your time with us a place that deserves more than five stars ?

Definitely one of the nicer apartments in Troy. There are occasional reoccurring issues as every place would, but maintenance team is always on it! Would recommend to others.

This is hands down one of the best places to live in Troy for college students. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I actually locked myself out of my room and they were there helping me the second I walked into the office. The rent is super affordable. The work orders are done within a timely manner and they are extremely transparent about how and when things will be done. yes there is a 60 dollar charge for the utility bill through a 3rd party, but it is so worth it to have all your utilities there for you. I can’t say enough good things about this place
P.S biggest tip I can give is follow them on social media so you can stay up to date on events.
