Mayura was very professional and efficient at completing my process for verification. She was very welcoming and polite. The process took less than 10min but of course that depends on what you are here for. The office is clean and well organized. The location is easy to find and the building had arrows for guidance. Good experience, will keep this place in mind for future reference!

Took my ExCPT here. The entrance is well marked and the facility is clean and tidy. Each testing carrel was equipped with sound-canceling earphones, hand sanitizer, and room to write in addition to the keyboard.
I found it convenient to sit my exam on a Sunday, and apparently weekends are popular. The line moved quickly; I was waiting less than five minutes total to get checked in. Shout out to Mayura who kept the check-in process moving swiftly and then following up to be sure we all had the materials we needed.

This was an amazing testing site! I took my time to read the reviews of the places that offered testing and I choose IT Expert System! It presented itself as promoted. It was clean, professional, and quiet! The proctor was very friendly and efficient. It was a large crowd that entered at once, she was able to get us all checked in and seated for our test. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Overall, it was set for success and I passed!

Just wrapped up the Python Class with IT Expert System, INC, and I’ve gotta say—they nailed it. No boring lectures, no mindless theory dumps—just solid, hands-on coding that actually stuck. The instructor broke things down in a way that made sense, like they knew exactly where beginners get stuck and how to steer you through it (without sounding like a robot from 1970's).

By the end, I was building programs with loops, functions, and dictionaries like it was second nature. If you're tired of tutorials that leave you feeling like you accidentally signed up for a cryptic math cult, this is the course for you. Highly recommend for anyone ready to get serious about Python—minus the fluff.

I took the AAPC certification test here. Everything went smoothly and without any delays: they checked my documents, offered to leave extra things in the storage room, showed me to the computer, gave me a piece of paper and a pencil just in case, pulled up an extra chair so I could place my mountain of books needed for the exam.

I'm glad I won't go back there again, but only because I passed the test and don't need to retake it 😅

Perfect place to take my Brokers Exam. All the staff is welcoming. Instructions on the test were easy to follow and the environment was nice and quiet.

Exam instructions were very straightforward and easy to understand. The proctors that helped me get sorted were very friendly. If you have any trouble finding this specific office, I had better luck using the signs. Overall a fast and easy experience!

She explained everything well, This location was very clean, the temperature was perfect because it’s so cold outside. the testing area was great not to big they have more then one testing room which was a Plus because it was not too many people in one room 10 out of 10 will recommend.
